Wow, I’m so impressed!
I’m not sure if she’s an assistant manager or the manager, but the woman leading the team today is *exactly* who you want in charge.
She made sure employees washed hands and changed gloves, greeted me warmly, and kept both the drive-thru and counter running smoothly.
Super efficient, fast service, and her attention to detail gave me confidence in the food quality — and she didn’t disappoint!
The wrap I had was perfectly packed, way better than what I’ve gotten at other places like McDonald’s. This location deserves recognition for its amazing management!

I live in the neighborhood and often stop by for what should be a simple meal, it never is.
Virtually the entire staff are incompetant and the food has something incorrect 90% of the time. Ive wanted to complain almost every visit for months but always get over it and give them the benefit of the doubt.
Today i stopped in at lunch time and ordered thru the app. After a fairly long wait i get to the speaker to be told they have NO soda. This location seems to almost always be out of cups or some flavor of soda but today they had none at all. Frustrated, but already stuck in line i said that was fine and proceeded to the window. The girl at the window rudely told me she cant give me a receipt and doesnt know who i am because i should be in the curbside bay…she was incorrect and when i showed her my order she just said “oh” and closed the window. Whe she returned i asked if i would get a refund for the soda i already paid for which baffled her and needed several employees and a manager to figure out. The solution? Cancel my entire order and tell me ” ♂️”. I had been calm and kind even in the face of rudeness and incompetence and was herded away like a peasant. So far the charges for the entire order remain on my bank statment.
Save yourself the time, money, and frustration and drive a few exits down the highway to a location that can do their job. 0/5.

This place might be the worst McDonald’s in the area. Every time I come here there’s an issue. Order takes forever, missing items. I only come here because my kid loves it. Every time I’ve had a problem the manager does not care, she’s terrible. How hard is it to put all the items in the bag?? 6 item order and you miss one?? I wish I could have that kind of accuracy at work and still have a job.

Has to be one of the WORST locations ever.. ordered a Big Mac meal and didn’t get the right order AT ALL, the menu has been the same for past 25 yrs and they argued with me over a drink even after showing proof on the receipt … dumbest and laziest people working here.

First time coming to this location and I ordered the McDouble Meal Deal. Instead of a mcdouble they gave me a regular cheeseburger and they did not remember to give me my sauce for the nuggets.

As a humanitarian I can never give McDonald’s 4 stars,but my Daughter and Nephews love coming to this location so why not treat them to something they like, this is a very busy location always has been,now that there’s 20,000 thousand + more houses in this area I can see another location opening soon,anyway it’s a nice clean location and I particularly like this location than the one in the Town Center..

Terrible service and long wait times. This McDonald’s has limited hours and is nearly always understaffed. I’m currently waiting outside for an order of fries and apple pies only. Been here for half an hour even though I ordered on my phone and ahead of time.
After waiting half an hour was given stale fries. See picture. The staff member was in the car with his girlfriend the whole time and only went in when I approached him. He did replace the fries but only after I politely and firmly asked.
Avoid this place at all costs. I will be going to Brazos Town center location from now on but they are also terrible in their own special way

I ordered a large fry and I got a half of a large fry. How can you put it in the bag knowing that it’s not a full large fry. Crazy! Do better!
