I am not one to complain but dang what a terrible experience. I went here tonight and placed a mobile order on the app. When I got to the speaker I went to give them my code and no one could find it. I was just sitting there at the speaker until I asked “should I pull up?” Finally they acknowledged me. Then when I got up to the first window the girl couldn’t find my order, and said she probably closed it out and to just pull to the next window. I get it, things happen no problem. When I got to the next window they had no idea what was going on with my situation. They couldn’t find the order either. So I tell them generally the meals I ordered. Then they told me to pull up to the third window. Waited for a good 10 mins before I only received one meal. Mind you, I got 2 meals and 2 extra items. I told her about the things I was missing and she came back and forth twice which took close to another 5-10 mins. Come to find out halfway home one of the items wasn’t in the bag. My fault I should’ve checked when I was there but at that point I was irritated. I ordered the grinch meal and when I opened the salt it was just in gross clumps. My food was cold. So that whole process was terrible. Never going back again.

Súper bad experience with this store. Every morning I stop and order breakfast, they always forget to give me straws or ketchup even tho I ask them for it. But yesterday they messed up my order took them almost 10min to give me my order even tho I ordered ahead of time thru the app.
When I arrived the person at the window didn’t even know what I ordered regardless he confirmed it thru the drive code. I had to tell him what I ordered. And yet he messed up and gave me a bacon bagel when I ordered a steak bagel. SÚPER BAD EXPERIENCE PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THE STORE

My customer service experience was acceptable, but the quality of the food was extremely disappointing. I initially assumed the black substance on my burger came from the grill, but it was clearly something from the ground. I felt completely disrespected, and I didn’t even bother returning the food because I no longer wanted anything to do with that place. The sandwiches weren’t wrapped properly—the paper was already open when I received the bag. I usually try not to complain, but this was unacceptable. I would rate this establishment zero out of five stars, and I plan to file a formal complaint.

The food is exactly what you expect for a McDonalds. If you are going for the drive through, then it’s okay.

It’s clean and unoffensive like they condensed all the rectangular slabness of a modern cell phone into the color brown. Gone are any fun elements of fun that would lead me to want to bring my kids or family inside. The experience was part of the fun.

A level of service would have to imply that any level of interaction occured. Walked up to a giant slab, tap your order in, recieve some food. Despite this lack of any ability to interact with any employees by eliminating them, prices continued to rapidly increase. It seems like a case of short-term gains leading to a long-term loss of customers. It’s unlikely I’d consider dining-in at an location remodeled in this way.

My food is never ready on time and usually told to move up a space But today was the last straw. I decided I want breakfast and got pancakes and bacon and As I was eating my pancakes I tasted something almost sour or tangy like so I spit it out, and it was an onion! Asking for the bare minimum and getting this is so disappointing.

Ordering here at night is always a hassle. The staff has an attitude and my order is never right. I ordered the $6 meal deal and was told they “don’t do those,” even though it’s literally on their menu. Then they forgot my nuggets, and when I waited for them, they only gave me three. How hard is it to get a simple order right? And the attitude on top of it is just unnecessary. If any other one was open I would have gladly went elsewhere.

Update: I just got home to try my food, and it was even worse than I expected. The burger was cold, the ketchup looked like it had been scraped off or sitting on the sandwich all day, and there were no onions at all. The fries were cold and soggy—and I live only five minutes away. I honestly hate this McDonald’s. Based on all the reviews, it’s obvious the company doesn’t care to fix anything, because the complaints never stop and it’s always the same issues over and over.

Beware placing mobile orders at this location — the mobile app took my order, took the money, and did not provide a code but instead returned me to the order screen. Went inside the establishment, as the app instructed, and both the staff and manager refused to give me the food I ordered or help process a refund for the amount the app too. Called corporate over 3 times, was hung up on by the first agent, the second agent went on hold and never came back, and the third said someone would call me back but no one ever did — so it still went unresolved. I am now out the money and was never given food or a call back by anyone. The woman who was in charge at the store did not care whatsoever and provided absolutely horrible customer service acting as if I was stealing from them when I just wanted the food or a refund. They did not provide any additional information or help. So I went through over 5+ staff members and not a single person was able to help. I also requested to speak to a supervisor and was given the run around. Absolutely crazy that McDonalds can get away with stealing someone’s money and turn it around as if it’s my problem when their app is broken and ALL the staff unable to help immediately, while still taking my money and providing no product for what I paid for. Unprofessional and awful service. I have filled out information on their “contact us” part of their website but doubtful that will even resolve anything. So TLDR; don’t use the app at this location and don’t even bother going here at all. The one in Delran or the one on Beverly /Rancocas Rd are far superior and their staff & management are always willing to help. This one is an absolute joke… waited almost 2 full hours for help only to just leave and go home — all over some nuggets and fries too. Absolutely unbelievable and embarrassing to be treated this way as a lifelong customer who has been here MANY, many times. PS — the inside had flies flying around on the floors and it was crazy loud that the customer service agent on the phone couldn’t even hear me at one point. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Worst experience ever.

If they would only learn how to put a sandwich together right rather then lob it then it might taste better and recheck the orders cause they forget items and still charge you for it. To tell you the truth this McDonald’s is the worst McDonald’s compared to the other surrounding McDonald’s. Worker’s have to take pride in what their doing, but I blame the managers, remember your Worker’s are only good if your managers are good so I must say their managers stink!
