My first visit to this location. We came in about 1130 am just after opening. We were sat down quickly and received drinks fast. The service was great. I ordered the fish n chips, ( cod ) it was a 4 out of 10. But as my reviews suggest,I am a fish n chip connoisseur! lol! My other half had a terrific double cheeseburger and he said very delicious crispy steak fries, just perfect for his taste. All in all good service and location is perfect for a quick drop in lunch or dinner. I would recommend this location.

I’ve been to this Red Robin several times but the service this time was the best ever. Our food came out fast and hot. My husband’s fries and lemonade were refilled without having to catch our server’s attention to ask for more, and every staff member we interacted with was polite and friendly. Probably the best team we’ve ever seen working there. Well done, Red Robin!

I’ve been eating at my Bonney Lake, WA Red Robin for years, but ever since Covid they’ve been disappointing and upsetting me about something every single time, whether it be order accuracy or pricing. Today it’s Shrinkflation. I’ve always gotten the Tavern Double, and it’s always been a decently sized budget burger I’ve had no qualms with, until today. Today I placed a pickup order for my Haystack Tavern Double, and I received a Tavern Slider. Red Robin has never given me such a small burger before and this is the final straw for me. I used to get a decently sized Tavern for $6.99 once. Today I spent twice as much for food half the size. This has gotten ridiculous.

Melanie was our server today. We came in with 5 kids and she was an absolute breath of fresh air. It’s been years since Ive had a server who even tried to act like they cared. She quipped a couple jokes during our meal and took care of everything we needed. Just straight excellence- hats off to her for being a professional.
Now with respect to Red Robin and their food. It’s an absolute joke what the investment group has done to this once treasured Seattle brand. My family – like so many of yours who will read this have been going to Red Robin for decades- nothing was looked forward to more when we were kids. It was funny when the new corporate know-it-alls thought it would be upscale and trendy to put bottomless fries in a cute little tin…that lasted what 3 months? Every ‘improvement’ has been just embarrassing to watch play out. You can’t fix stupid.
The worst of it has been the food- ask anyone about what the clucks and fries used to be like . Now they are trash. Remember the sesame seed bun? Replaced by something smaller and inferior. The beef patties now look like something you would get from McDonald’s- they can’t be but a 1/3 the size they used to be. We used to be able to get a burger and fries for $8.29- the same burger is $17.99 and not even comparable in size or quality. Congrats to the few who got rich destroying what used to be an amazing brand.

Ordered the tavern double, extra onions and extra pickles, bottomless fries and soda for $9.99. Fries were great, soda was soda when it finally came. Burger had a scrap of onion and only 1 little lonely pickle could be found. They could have done a little better job with the burger order, but it was still delicious. The wait staff was a little on the slow side and needed to be reminded a few times that we needed this or that. Overall, I would say it was a satisfying visit for less than you’d spend at McDoolittles.

We have been here in the past and didn’t have a great experience but tonight was total opposite. If I could give them a million stars I would they were bringing out our drinks and appetizer before our waiter finished taking our and she was fast at taking our order. All of the customization that we did on our order was correct. Didn’t have to ask for refills Kim was on her A game. We were not disappointed at all tonight.. I’m glad that we decided to go there tonight and we were a party of 5… thank you Bonney lake Red Robin you rocked it !!!

Very small location witha bunch of over cramped tables. The server will disaapear for the whole time you are there. The food taste kind of cheap for what you are paying. The worst part is I am still hungery from the small burger and small single portion of fries they offer for over 20 bucks.

Ordered food from here Togo and the meat was burnt and not edible. Called and talked to “Sue”. She was extremely rude on the phone. She said my meal will be refunded but will take 3-4 days then hung up on me before I could respond. I paid cash so that’s not possible. I called back a handful of times and she would not answer the phone. I called the Togo number and asked the Togo specialist to connect me to this employee at this Bonney Lake location. Once connected “Sue” would just hang up on me again. All I wanted was my food remade or a proper refund. I paid in cash so when you say rudely I will get refunded in 3-4 days that’s not possible. The owner of this location should know how terrible and rude you are towards paying customers.
