Since 1958, guests have visited Village Inn because they know they will enjoy great-tasting food and extra-friendly service in a clean and comfortable family environment. Our breakfast heritage is based on made-from-scratch buttermilk pancakes, eggs cooked any style and a pot of hot coffee on every table. But we’re not just breakfast. Join us in Albuquerque for lunch, dinner, or swing by for one of our world famous pies!

We had dinner here in November 2025. We both had the open face chili cheeseburger without cheese and with green chili. The burgers were hand made and not greasy at all. The green chili was medium, just a hint of heat, and very flavorful.
We both finished up with pie. I had coconut cream, and it was fresh and flavorful.
For the type of food the Village Inn has, they are superior to other similar places. Reasonable prices. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert menus.
The staff was very friendly, our food arrived within a reasonable period of time, and the shop was very clean. Highly recommend this restaurant!

As a family of six, we enjoy visiting this establishment for breakfast, as it offers a wide range of options suitable for all ages, including a kids’ menu. The food is quite good, and the service is commendable. However, one area that requires attention is the cleanliness of the restrooms; it is evident that the cleaning process needs improvement. It appears that there is a lack of enforcement regarding restroom maintenance.

We had lunch here on a Thurs.
Village in has been around quite a while so we had no problem eating here.
This restaurant was “well worn” but clean.
We had the 1/2 sandwich, Chicken bacon avocado & tomato basil soup. Both the food and the service was good.
We still had some time to kill so, at the managers suggestion, we had a piece of French Silk and Pecan Pie. So good but so much sugar. Probably should not have done that.

We were headed to another breakfast / brunch place when we saw this one. Quick check of reviews looked good, so we ditched reservations with the other place and stopped here.
It was busy and full, a great sign. We were seated immediately and drinks were ordered. Our waiter was super attentive and if I can get his name from the receipt, I will update this to give him the credit he deserves.
The food arrived and everything was great. I could not stop eating the country potatoes, as they were crispy and delicious. The eggs were perfectly cooked. I ate everything and started eating some of my partner’s food lol.
We ordered a bananas cream pie to go, ate it later and it was simply amazing!
10/10 I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone and I hope to return in the future!

Came in last night for dinner, our waiter (young kid) was great, and our food was great. Definitely very disappointed with the lack of vegetarian choices and with the new terms of pie Wednesday.

Friendly staff, good comfort food, close to the airport. I had a 5 hour layover in the Albuquerque airport and wanted to take a quick walk to a local restaurant. I found myself at the Village Inn, it’s only half a mile from the airport, so convenient and economical compared to those high prices and small portions at the airport restaurants.

Fast, hot, good food and on Thanksgiving!! Kevin (manager) visited us to make sure everything was perfect. The server Amaya? Was very attentive and another server Edna came over to make sure we didn’t need refills. What a great experience! I’m telling everyone that eats out on Thanksgiving about this place .

Ordered the Chicken Fried Steak and eggs and an order of the cookies and cream pancakes, I don’t know where to start the hashbrowns soggy and unseasoned, the chicken fried steak unseasoned the gravy flavorless the eggs flavorless. That’s all fine I’ll just throw salt and pepper on it but the thing that made me unhappy the most was the seasonal cookies and cream pancake smh just see the picture what I ordered and what I recieved. Our waiter took our order and that’s it they didn’t bring us the food, check on us at all and finally we asked for boxes so we could go they gave us the boxes and we didnt see the check for more then 15 minutes! I’d rather go to the waffle house next door.
