The food is cheap and good for what you pay for. Their house made chips and the dip it comes with are awesome!! We went during their 80’s concert party and the staff worked their butts off!! Service was slow both food and our waiter helping us but it was insanely busy and didn’t seem like there were many staff member so kudos to their hard work. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean and spacious. The outside venue for the concert was very nice. Loved the space and possible seating at tables. You can also bring your own chairs if you want.

We had my dad’s 90th birthday celebration in the side room as you enter.
The pizza buffet and garlic bread were delicious. They kept the food coming and it was hot to eat the entire time.
The service was phenomenal. Lindsey and Amber were so nice. They both made the event special.
I thought renting the space, the food and the help were worth every cent.

I don’t know what happened with the change in name and ownership, but the food is completely inedible. I know now why there is absolutely no one here on a Saturday night, it’s because the quality of food has absolutely declined. This place was always busy when it was known as JB’s Whiskey Creek, but now this is just gross. I will never eat here again. I do not see this place surviving when you can seriously get more palatable food from any fast food establishment. So sad. Place used to be a great place

Had a group dinner on the 19th, made reservations so they knew we were coming. Happened to be Trivia night as well so a fair crowd was there. Management really dropped the ball. WAY understaffed for the evening. Took forever to get orders taken for drinks, then food. Another very long period before food arrived and most of it came cold. Poor waitress was trying, but could not keep up. Management, listen up!!! You apparently can’t figure out staffing, aren’t paying attention to the restaurant or, worst of all, don’t care!! I sincerely doubt our group will ever be back!

When the cheese is thicker than the meat on a hamburger I wont be back. A 3.6 rating is terrible for a place that sells food. Does the owner know about this ? The junk yard up the road has a 4.4 rating and they sell a used product. Better fix this before its to late. JBs had a good 4.5 rating.

We had a larger than expected party show up ( 23 instead of 17) and was accommodated by Mallory our waitress—who also had a party of 25 in another room that she was responsible for and she was the only server in the floor! We thought we’d have to wait forever but she got another person who was just helping in another room ( Jordan) and our drink and food orders were taken pretty quickly! Our food was delivered as ordered and was cooked perfectly and it was delicious!! They both apologized for the service, but we told them not to worry, they were doing great and we appreciated it very much! The food was delicious and for one cook on duty, she did an amazing job in getting it to us very timely! We were very happy and would recommend The Base to anyone! Thanks again to Mallory, Jordan and their fabulous cook on Saturday for a great visit!

The Kickin Chicken Sandwich used to be good. I had it tonight and the chicken tasted old and was oversalted. I barely ate half a sandwich. Another person at our table said the same thing. The food used to be decent–what happened?

Jorrdon’s service was TOP TIER. If you want to have a good experience ask for him! Can’t recommend him enough!! Food was fast, drinks were never empty and the entire experience was wonderful! Will be back!

There was a Caribbean Festival taking place. It was fun. The only complaint I have is the parking area was really bumpy. It felt difficult to walk around on to the different vendors.
