Ashley T. was incredibly disrespectful and did not seem to know how to do her job very well. I work in food service and could never imagine speaking to my customers the ways she did. She only got half of our order correct and then tried to argue with me over a very simple fix.

Finally open to regular customers today. I was frustrated for a while because they told me at times before 11pm they would only take DoorDash orders. Tonight was the first time in months I was here and they let me get food. They had amazing service and took care of our food.
( Update)Today on January 20th went back and it was back to how it is again. No line or anyone in the parking and they didn’t let me pick up food… this is supposed to be 24 hours. So frustrating for people how work late and want to eat.

I’m a truck driver. I stopped by for lunch because there’s a big open lot right beside Jack-in-the-Box., I would not recommend staying there long as their signs posted everywhere saying no parking for trucks I was there maybe 35 minutes. Nobody bugged me, but I wouldn’t be there any longer than that.

Great place, the dude taking my order was very nice and the food was the best jack in a box I have ever had. The shake was fine perfect, the fries were nice and fresh and the tacos were crunchy but no overdone. This is now my favorite jack in a box

food was good but this is the second time in a row that i have had an issue with this location. please read the description of the sandwich and notice that my bread isn’t toasted. it tastes okay and im not really that upset but i also left a review a week or so ago and never heard back and i was missing a lot of my food from that order and now the sandwich i received was not as advertised. not sure what’s going on at this location but maybe they need some new management or something because this is kind of sad.

The customer service at this location is amazing! I went to another location and they messed up my order after talking for 5 minutes at the speaker. And I had to wait 20 minutes for 20 tacos. This location had them all correct within a few minutes but forgot my sauce 🙁

I’m really upset I come to this location all of the time because I work late nights and they’re usually fast and just something to grab I ordered a French toast platter extra French toast a has brown and a drink, the syrup in the drink was out, I didn’t receive any egg or meat and only got one hash brown. I live in Belleville so I can’t even go back and get the food I ordered. I spend $13 on a hash brown and French toast sticks .

Food was ordered online, but they didn’t make it til I arrived. The food was hot and fresh, and they even made my tacos fresh. I was offered a drink and 2 more tacos as well. I loved the customer service they had given. They were sweet and didn’t give attitudes, and they were attentive.
