Friendly service, great bacon cheeseburger, and tasty shake. Only marked down the atmosphere due to my own sensitivity to things being loud when they’re fine for most ppl and I found the music loud.
The employees were good and friendly and the place was clean. Very much enjoyed my first burger from here in a long time.

The burgers are usually really good, probably because of the quality of the meat. The fries are always over cooked or undercooked. The workers here are very nice and pretty quick but this is a food review not a personality competition. The burgers are always messy and hard to eat, but great never the less.

Waited over 20 minutes for two burgers and a small fry. I went up to the counter to ask what was taking so long and noticed one burger was already done for over 5 minutes before they finished the second. The first burger was obviously cold. Second burger was terrible and pictured below. Undersized patty, burnt the bread of the patty melt, and didn’t melt the cheeses. Useless workers just sitting around doing nothing. Worst burger I’ve ever been served at five guys. Will not be coming back to this location.

Burgers are delicious and pretty big. Also ordered the Cajun fries! Those are awesome as well, unfortunately I didn’t get a pic of them. Ordered online and order was made quickly upon my arrival!

I haven’t been here in a while but I walked into a entirely new crew. It always used to be the larger gentleman with the red mustache that looked like he was the captain of a ship. This new crew didn’t really have the pizzazz that guy and the old crew had. Anyways burger was good but the fries where absolutely terrible, I even left the top of the bag open to let them vent making my whole car smell like a fries the next 2 weeks, but it didn’t matter they where still very mushy very small pieces and kind of pathetic. I ended up having to toss them in truffle oil Parmesan and some little Caesars Italian seasoning and then putting them in the air flyer for 10 minutes to bring them back to life and make them crispy and edible instead of mushy cold ball of grease. Oh and now they’re up to 7.99 large cup. These new guys need to figure out the fry game or people are going to stop buying them

Update 12/15/2022: So we visit here whenever we are picking up cars from the copart. We’ve never had an issue until yesterday. Of course, when we started eating about 5 minutes after picking it up, we were unable to return to the restaurant. The patties on both of our burgers were burnt, and my friends burger was worse. There is nothing I hate more than the taste of burnt meat. The fries were soggy and very undercooked, almost like they forgot to drop them a second time. Of course I had already pitched my receipt. I still had the one on the bag, otherwise I would have called. I know lots of places are understaffed right now, but when it’s $40 for two people to eat lunch, you expect a little better. Hopefully this was just a bad day for them and not something that becomes normal here.
