Came inside around 4:15-4:30 with my granddaughter standing there waiting to be helped and NO ONE stepped up to the register to take our order. 1 woman running the drive thru saw us standing there and said or did nothing. There was only q vehicle in the drive thru and she was just standing there talking. Someone was in the back food area giving instructions on making food or something but still no one helped us. We ended up leaving and going to another Burger King. This location sucks, they seem to not want to help anyone inside, just drive thru.

Stood at the counter to order a meal for about 5 minutes. Didn’t even get an acknowledgment from a single staff person that walked by multiple times. They were more concerned with their drive-thru orders. Take your business elsewhere

Went today at about 3:30 pm. Food was hot BUT my husband’s sandwich was missing half of the toppings, and my bottom bun was burnt. I used to work for Burger King in galion, and know exactly what happened here. My bottom bun was old and reused. They re-ran it through the toaster, this burning it. My top bun was not toasted AT ALL and soggy… I confirmed this with the manager who apologized but did NOTHING to fix it. The girl running the front who took my order was rude and had an attitude (girl with blue hair, and no name tag) and the entire dining room was dirty… No clean tables, had to clean off my own table to eat. No ketchup in dispenser, and every single soda in the machine was low on syrup… Very disappointed. my only tip is stop giving people old and reused food. Food poisoning is a real thing, especially for Pregnant women, SUCH AS MYSELF. Trust me, I’ve already had it twice during my pregnancy for the same kind of negligence. Get it together people…
