It was an unexpected joy to step into this Arby’s and see such friendly staff and well maintained dining room. Savannah was so sweet and had such a glow and happiness about her, even though her arm was in a sling. She was super sweet to me and my daughter. We were told to say that Mike was also there they seem to have good team spirit at this location. P.S. love the retro sign and we really hope that it stays forever!

Saw the unique sign from the road and just had to stop by! The food came out quickly and was exactly what was ordered. I was served by Savannah who was very kind to my mother and I when we were ordering. She brought our food straight to our table despite her arm being in a sling and maintained a cheerful, joking demeanor for our entire visit. We left when business slowed down and the kitchen staff was laughing together which was very refreshing to see. Mike was also there.

eat i realized their mistake when I got to work and it’s too late to fix. Come on Arby’s I expect better. Clearly, if you go to this location, you have to check your order before you leave. Seriously I just wasted $13 as this is going in the trash.

Ordered a jamocha shake. Simple right? The first one they made tasted like vanilla. The remake was BARELY jamocha. There was no chocolate and barely any coffee. Ordered two cheddar and beef sandwiches with extra cheese. That didn’t happen. These people skimp out on the cheese.

This location actually sells roast beef! I ordered two beef and cheddars, and in exchange for currency, they gave me two beef and cheddars! Seriously though, I’ll always be a little cautious of Arby’s every since the east side location ran out of roast beef back in September. The staff were very friendly and service was prompt. Food was slopoy, cold, and the quality has really suffered over the years. The curly fries were soggy and old. The portions have really decreased with the quality. I miss the old Arbys. Used the drive thru.

This is the first Arby’s that I had to ask for my fries fresh. Not only was the food cooked in old grease, but the place was not clean. I have never came to an Arby’s and been so disappointed!

You guys need to limit your sandwich choices. You have too many. I ordered a basic Arby Roast Beef sandwich “that is your store’s main sandwich. ” I ended up in the hold lane for 20 minutes. What? You are expensive. With terrible service and you only had 2 cars in the parking lot and 1 car behind me in the drive through. Never again.
