Wonderful fresh pasta with interesting sauce options.
Got the mushroom and truffle which was so savory and left us wanting more so we got more! Even went back the next day.

The pesto ravioli was also delicious and had interesting flavors.

Order at a kiosk, pick up or they will bring it to you if it’s quiet. We ate outside and they brought it to us. You do have to bus the table yourself.

Definitely recommend trying.

Incredible food at an unbeatable price. I love this chain.

Self ordering with counter pick up means that you get your food way quicker and that you don’t have to wait on a server for anything. The kiosk menu has a picture for every item and they also have paper menus available, so ordering is very accessible. There was someone at the counter resent to answer any question. Even the chefs handing us our food were kind and enthusiastic.

Ordered online from their website. Disappointed. The Traditional Bolognese Ragu’ was very bland. There was no whatever sauce the pasta should have, and tasted like nothing. Maybe the chef forgot the salt. Where’s my tomato sauce?? The ground beef/pork tasted like being boiled in tap water. Where’s the flavor?? There was no cheese on it either. Some pasta noodle was not even cooked through and the dish was very dry.

Saw on Google maps this restaurant and decided to try it out , had no idea it was a chain of restaurants till now thats cool , its a awsome Italian restaurant around the Roosevelt sation area of Seattle , The quality is amazing ,lots of verity of food & including wines and other drinks , the cooks make it on the spot , its got indoor and outdoor seatings , there is no table service here just you pick up your order at the counter and afterwards you put the plates in the cleaning treys for staff to clean , staff here do good cooking service , thier is parking around and metro light rail station of Roosevelt across the street , this restaurant is suitable for solo, couples, family, groups

Tried the classic meatball pasta. It is quite okay for its price.

To me, it does not taste too different from the other fancy Italian restaurants. The meatball was a bit too creamy. The carbonara one is a bit too salty.

Volume is enough for one person.

Fast food style serving, plenty of spaces and the wait time is not long.

We enjoyed our time here. The food was pretty although the kale pesto dish could have used some flavor. We thought the mushroom truffle sauce was the best dish and was made perfectly al dente style. We liked the option of choosing your sauce and noodles and we ordered a mix. The staff was friendly and the store was relatively clean and was nice with the garage doors opened.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Fresh, flavorful handmade pasta right in the Roosevelt neighborhood. The dishes taste authentic, portions are solid, and prices are very reasonable for the quality.

Price: Most pasta dishes are $13–$17 — great value for handmade pasta.
Crowd: Popular during lunch and dinner; can feel a little tight inside when busy.
Atmosphere: Modern, cozy, and casual — good for a quick bite, casual date, or takeout.
Transportation: Street parking can be hit-or-miss in Roosevelt, but the light rail station is just a short walk away.
Service: Friendly, efficient, and quick — food usually comes out fast.

Overall: Due’ Cucina Roosevelt is a solid choice if you want authentic pasta without a high price tag. Loses a star mainly for crowding during peak hours, but still one of the best casual Italian spots in north Seattle.

Due Cucina has a pretty cool concept, offering a fast-casual twist on Italian food. You order from a kiosk, picking your choice of handmade pasta and sauce, which is a nice, quick way to get things rolling. The menu is pretty straightforward, not overwhelming with options — which isn’t a bad thing. It keeps the decision-making process from dragging on too long.

The staff is super friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience feel more relaxed and welcoming. The food came out fast, just like you’d expect from a fast-casual spot.

But when it came to the actual meal, I wasn’t blown away. My dish was way saltier than I’d like, and the flavors didn’t really hit the mark for me. It didn’t have that traditional Italian flare. I was hoping for, and I honestly found it a bit lacking in depth.

Overall, it’s not a bad place (for fresh pasta), and the concept is interesting. But based on what I tried, I’m not sure I’ll be back anytime soon. If you’re in the area and want something quick, it could work, but it wasn’t exactly my favorite.

The fresh design and decor reminds me very much of some of my favorite spots in Italy. Small menu, conceptually straightforward, and everything on it delicious.

Sometimes the restaurant is very cold, and the modified shop does not prevent gusts of wind from the door opening and closing chilling us to the bone, and cooling down the hot pasta before we can enjoy it.

The other feedback is that the sodium in the pasta is very inconsistent. I am not sure if the chefs disagree, or if the pasta water is not tasted throughout the day to ensure the flavor is there, but half of the time we need a satchet of salt to boost it to the right flavor.

I had a wonderful dinner here tonight. This was my first time here and I was surprised by the combination of great food and good service. My biggest surprise was the way they served your food. You order at the counter and pick it up when they yell your name yet the good was amazingly good. It’s like getting high end food at a lower service place. However, all of my interactions with the staff were amazing too! Great job Due Cucina! I’ll be back!
