Place in general was very pretty and a very nice location. Very nice atmosphere, we went at 3:30 pm. We ordered the Chicharron de ribeye and it was a 10+, Super delicious! Also ordered the sirloin lunch menu option and asked for it medium. Taste was 8/10. It was a bit dry. Will definitely try again on another visit. Their baked potato omg was soooo good! Their appetizer bread was very soft very warm and their honey butter gave it a good kick! Will definitely recommend. Server Andres was extremely professional, nice, courteous, respectful and was very knowledgeable on their menu. Always attentive to see how we were with drinks or if we needed anything else. Restaurants need more employees like him.

Was invited to have dinner with my inlaws and it was wonderful. Food was amazingly good and the price-quality ratio was very good.
Ordered WTC platter to share and it was more than enough for a party of 5. Peter was our waiter and he was super helpful, we always had our drinks full and all of our needs met.
Will definitely come back.

My family and I ate at West Texas Chophouse tonight and the service was great!
First, our waiter Brenda was very kind, attentive, and always ensured we were well taken care of.
Then, the managers, Andrew and Beto, showed us the same attentiveness and care as well.
Finally, the food was absolutely phenomenal! Overall, our experience here was wonderful. I will definitely be coming back soon.

Service was excellent even with a group of about 12 people. I really liked the Desert Fog IPA. I also liked the Austin Hope Cabernet by the glass but did not like the price. It was served chilled so I did not like that, but I did order by the glass, so I understand. Steaks were good, cooked to the correct rare or medium as requested, but other steak houses have better seasonings IMO. Good atmosphere with TVs for the football games and it was very clean.

Would like to share how much of a good experience we had tonight here, I ordered the Ahi Tuna tower… DELIIIIII ! Our party was about 12 ppl and our server John was great 🙂 very attentive, friendly and professional. Thank you for taking care of us tonight. “Glasses and silverware still dirty, management needs to step up for such a restaurant its disgusting and disrespectful.
Unfortunately, my experience was as disappointing as before. Despite the decent food, the lack of management and extreme disorganization overshadowed the positives.
To start, I noticed dirty silverware and glasses again, which is unacceptable. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, the only response I received was a perfunctory “thanks for letting us know.” It was disheartening to see no effort made to inform their team about these cleanliness issues. It seems basic protocol to check silverware before serving it to customers, yet this clearly isn’t a priority for them.
Service was another major issue. We found ourselves having to flag down waitstaff multiple times just to get their attention. When we finally ordered dessert, we had to beg for the menu, which shouldn’t be the case in a well-run establishment. After ordering coffee, I wasn’t even asked if I wanted milk or sugar. When I requested sugar, they brought me Sweet ‘N Low. I specifically asked for regular sugar, and after another inquiry, a different waitress brought me brown sugar, which was what I should have received in the first place.
Overall, unless there is a significant improvement in service or a reduction in prices to match the level of service provided, I won’t be returning. I am dropping my rating to 3 stars, which is disappointing given that the food is genuinely quite good. It’s a shame that such potential is being wasted due to poor management and lack of attention to detail.”
Place is nice. Food was good. Staff was actually pretty nice and polite at least in the front door. My waiter was so so was trying to act professional but did not know lots of things as he was just making them up. I recommend this place as I don’t alone, I recommend this place with company either for a couple or a group of friends is a good location to visit eat or just have some drinks as a great atmosphere.

Second time coming to this West Texas Chophouse. Both times have been great and the environment has been spectacular! This time around I did a reservation and upon entering the facility, we were sat down right away. Our server Rene was fantastic! Very enthusiastic and very outgoing! Food was also amazing! Rene did a great job ensuring everything was right and continued to follow up with us even though he had numerous tables to attend. The atmosphere was also great and they had music playing in the background. Overall the dining experience was fabulous and worth every penny I had spent there last night!

My first time here. I got the 12-oz top sirloin and my wife got the 8-oz. They were both delicious. No fat, very tender, cooked to perfection. The spinach dip and frijoles charros were delicious as well.

I was looking for a good steak and was recommended to West Texas Chophouse by a local from El Paso. Although the atmosphere was nice, the restaurant had fruit flies everywhere, which was pretty distracting. The service wasn’t great.., our server rarely checked on the table and didn’t seem to be paying close attention when taking the order.
I ordered a bone-in ribeye medium, but it came out very rare. The loaded baked potato looked like most of the center had been scraped out, and the skin was so overcooked it couldn’t even be cut with a steak knife. The steak itself was not well seasoned, and this was actually the first steakhouse I’ve ever had to ask for steak sauce (A1) to make it enjoyable.
Although the pricing was fair for the concept, the food just didn’t leave me wanting to come back again.
