I’m very familiar with CKE restaurants. Being from Southern California, we had Carls Jr and it was great. Over the course of time, CKE restaurants acquired Hardee’s. As I’m aware, Hardee’s is a pride of North Carolina. But today wasn’t great. The drive thru customer service and attitude was great but both my famous star and my mushroom and swiss burgers were unkempt. And I don’t mean dripping in sauce because that’s how CKE restaurants want it… what I mean is that the famous star bun was squished and it looked like it was thrown together and the mushroom and swiss was even more squished. The food tasted good and I would have given 4 stars overall but I would like the restaurant to take pride in the presentation even if short-staffed and especially because at 2:50 pm, the establishment was not busy enough to warrant that. I have worked food service and I took pride in the presentation even if I was overwhelmed. I would appreciate if this Hardee’s took pride in representing North Carolina, Tennessee, themselves and the empire that Mr. Carl Karcher started in Anaheim, California by preparing the food better.

Ordered ahead thru app on our way to work. When arrived barely acknowledged and handed a bag with just our burrito and sandwich. Had to ask repeatedly for our coffee, soda and the hashbrowns. Hashbrowns were cold. Burrito was supposed to be homestlye loaded breakfast burrito but was just the sausage, egg and cheese version. Sandwich was supposed to be the monster brioche but was on a biscuit and had their regular egg patty not the fried egg also i paid extra for swiss cheese and it was american. When called to speak to a manager; they just stated there was system errors going on and didn’t offer to do anything.

Food was okay. French fries where hot! Dining room tables could use a wipe down. Bathroom/ ladies was pretty bad, nasty! Lady at counter/ drive through was working hard though. I would have given it 2 stars ,but thought that wasnt fair as someone was putting the effort in. Maybe short handed or the company doesn’t care since breakfast is their main push.

Came early on a Sunday morning for a mobile order I placed while sitting in line. The young lady working the speaker may have one of the rudest tones I’ve ever heard through a drive-through. When I politely told her good morning and that I had a mobile order, all I got was a very rude “PULL AROUND”.
The lady handing me my order, however, was very nice and apologized for the rude younger girl on the speaker. Who by the way was just standing over to the side, sipping on her coffee on her phone.
I wish businesses would prioritize customer service these days, and get rid of people with these attitudes.

This is the worst hardees i uave ever been to and i travel the U.S. for work and eat hardees breakfast 4 or more a week. The front register woman is rude can not listen or give the customer any time to say anything and keeps rushing to say is that it. As far as the food terrible. I have had this location 5 times every single time my order is wrong. Apparently they cant read. The order is always a chicken biscut with egg hashrounds and a side of gravy i think thats a simple order. Never has egg on the biscuit but has cheese and i tell the lady all the time only egg no cheese. I will drive 30 minutes out of the way to goto a different hardees vs one thats 6 minutes from my new house. Great job hardees Murfreesboro

Went through the drive for breakfast today around 9:30, and ordered coffee, a frisco melt, and a maple biscuit. The woman taking my order made me feel as if I’d bothered her by coming to the restaurant. She was impatient, unwelcoming, and very short with me. When I came around to the window, a young man took my money and gave my food. I worked in fast food in high school and college, so I understand how much it makes a difference when you have customers who are kind and acknowledge you, so I try to always be that type of guy. I smiled at the young man, greeted him and gave eye contact. When he gave me my food I thanked him with the same smile and eye contact. He never actually looked at me and he didn’t reply to my attempts at expressing gratitude. The frisco sandwich wasn’t bad, but the biscuit and coffee were really bad. The coffee tasted like it had tea in it or something. The biscuit in the picture on the drive thru menu had a white swirl on it like a cinnamon roll. Mine looked like that (see pic).
I’ve had good experiences here with other staff at other times, but today was not, unfortunately.

I only ever get breakfast here really and it’s always quick, fresh, and good. BUT EVERY SINGLE TIME that older lady that takes orders at the register is just nasty and mean. If you’re in a bad mood just go through the drive thru cause she’ll make it worse. Or if you’re in a good mood for that matter go to the drive thru cause she’ll put you in a bad one. God forbid you have a question or need a fork, or anything for that matter. I’d rather just put my order in on a kiosk than deal with her. She needs to work the back of the house definitely not the front. I’ve never figured out why management puts their meanest, nastiest, non customer service oriented people to take orders at these fast food places.

This is the absolute worst Hardee’s ever. Don’t order from the mobile app. The employees dont understand how it works, and will hand over your food with an attitude for any mobile ordering. Their POS system goes down constantly, and management loses their mind ever single time. I will never patronize this establishment again!

Super frustrating how they want to charge full price for a milkshake but then only fill 3/4 full and when you ask for more b4 he hands it out the window he says “I can’t it’s how I’m trained to make them” well your scamming customers and I’m reporting to corporate. Count your days HARDEES !!! Damn shame.Horrible experience and the employee didn’t care to make it right.
