The Starbucks located inside Barnes & Noble is a great spot to relax while browsing books. It’s always nice grabbing a coffee and taking your time walking through the store or sitting down to read for a bit. The atmosphere feels calm and welcoming, making it perfect for studying, reading, or just enjoying a break. Service is consistent, drinks are made well, and it really adds to the overall Barnes & Noble experience. Definitely a nice place to stop and unwind.

If i go my drink is made well and the staff is nice my only concern is this guy. He is rude to the customers and his coworkers. He constantly makes drinks wrong and will argue if you tell him your drink is wrong. Overall he is not a nice person and isn’t good for the staff.

No order, no sense to the queue. Mobile ordered 30 mins ago for one drink. App says ready at 12:52pm… I finally get it at 1:05pm… everyone of the drinks and food being served are for far more recent times…

The employees are always nice but the wait inside and the drive thru is always so slow! This is definitely the slowest Starbucks I have ever been too. It really makes no sense. I have seen so many people leave the store because of the wait, myself included. They need to do better.

Ordered a Venti with Venti Mango Passion with lemonade, peach, classic, extra strawberry purée, no fruit, & blended. Right off the bat the cashier had the most nastiest attitude ever. Ended up making the wrong drink “Mango Dragon Lemonade”. That’s not what I wanted. I also ordered a frog cakepop and guess what? It tastes stale. Very disappointed with this starbucks and that guy needs to have a better attitude next time. Do better starbucks.

The staff was slow and did not care about getting any drinks out on the online order side. Employees were laughing and careless about others orders. Did not say orders that were ready, a gentleman waited over 20 mins to find his order was up but nobody addressed it, another young lady waited over 40 mins for her order for it to be brought out without saying who it was for she was just wise enough to know her drink, the higher up I’m assuming was fine until a couple of customers asked on the order they placed just to be told with a rubber neck that it will be out in a second which was realistically over 10 mins, the worst part honestly wasn’t the fact that they were slow doing everything because it’s the weekend, it was the fact that the men specifically working kept on with smirking and laughing at the fact that they were behind and could have us wait, honestly I don’t like Starbucks at all but my wife loves it so I am usually picking up for her and never a problem in Riverview, Taylor and Woodhaven which is just as busy probably even more so and it goes smoothe but LP man is just trash always, trash service, trash drinks and trash environment, I’ve only gone to LP mb 5 times tops and every time I go it’s something like this, normally I just go about my day dealing with service like this but it wasn’t just me it was 10+ people dealing with this and this was just inside I can’t imagine the drive thru situation so yea in conclusion to this I’d rather go the the company that produces the product to make the drink myself than to ever step my body in that place I’ll go miles to get that drink than to sit there and see the laziness and carelessness today and that’s mostly just watching the other customers deal with them cause I only waited about 30 mins while others waited much longer. And I’m only giving 1 star because I can’t give 0 stars and post.

Lincoln park location on Southfield. The food was good but we had to wait over half an hour is crazy . There were 2 cars infront of me and it was over 2 minutes for them to take her order, by the time we got our food it was cold. Service needs to be improved. Also it was a pick up so to wait just to say im picking up and have waited that long was ridiculous. Maybe create a line for only pick ups.

Service is always so nice, but it takes way too long. No one should have to wait 30 minutes for their drink, especially in a line with only 5 cars. They definitely need more staff or more experienced staff and get their wait times down. Other than that, it’s a good location.

This location states that it opens at 4:30a daily. I drive by this location a few times at that time in the morning many times employees are inside and they refuse to open including the drive-through. Hours need to be changed online so customers know that you are not open at 4:30 or 4:40 AM, people drive out of the way to this location at that time. I’ve heard this from a few of my coworkers as well. This needs to be brought someone’s attention.
