The staff was nice upon entering to pick up my order but after that it all went down hill. Now I see why this burger was part of the $5.99 meal deal. The patty was so thin that all I could taste was the thick bun, the tomato and pickle. I didn’t expect a huge patty but at least one that was bigger than a few sheets of notebook paper.

I haven’t been to Steak ‘N Shake in a long while, but I stopped by the other day. The quality of the food has improved immensely! The beef tallow fries are great and the burgers aren’t greasy. Overall, the food presentation was well done too. Very happy with the fast service!

This was the first time in a long time that we dined in at a SnS. The restaurant was clean and we were the only ones in there (it was before 11 am on a Sunday). There is nobody to wait on tables inside so you order and pay at one of the kiosks near the entrance. That was different but it worked. The food was very good. It was a good experience.

5/5 is relative to the fast food scene. The garlic burger is a long time true favorite of mine – give their burgers a go!

It wasn’t that busy, but this place is honestly great, give it a try. One of my favorite fast food chains and it destroys Culevers imo in the taste-to-price ratio. Got out with 3 people fed and full for under $20.

I’m a huge fan of garlic, so maybe a bit subjective, but one ofy favorite fastfood burgers ever. It always hits so good.

Wow! ANA IS BEYOND RUDE! She just has a nasty attitude! I ordered 5 meals and was asked by a guy that took the order do I need a cup holder. I replied yes. Ana then came to the window and began handing me the drinks, I stated “I need a cup holder, I have 5 drinks” her response with her face curled up “I’m pretty sure he just asked you that” I said “I told him I needed a drink carrier”. She then said “ well I didn’t hear him”’ I’m sorry but what does that have to do with me, why the attitude and I had already been waiting 20 mins for food! Who is the owner here? How are you all in business? This place sucks! The guy stood right there and didn’t say anything and I’m just lost as to why she was so nasty to begin with! Sadly I get having a job is important but the way this place is ran, they should be closed!

I’m so over rude people and the fact that our money is valuable and we choose to support a place that acts like this terrible! She needs to be fired.

We ordered online and got several things including chili. “Cup” was the only size available. When we got it home and opened the bag, the chili was in the same size container as the onion and cheese toppings we requested. $3.49 for this tiny container of chili that amounted to maybe 3 bites; $1 per bite of mediocre chili is beyond ridiculous. The bag of oyster crackers was bigger than this cup of chili!! Additionally, they continue to shrink the size of their milkshakes, but of course the price doesn’t shrink along with it.

Worst / Best experience I have ever had. First, the heat was broken and it was so cold. Second, while the server is taking our order of milkshakes/food, the manager lets her know that the milkshakes are bad and not to sell anymore. We switch to food, no big deal…now 50min later still no food, but I look over and see the food in the window…I walk over and grab it. This manager didn’t seem to have a care in the world because during our little stint we watched a 7 top walkout, and a friendly couple waiting for their food, leave a few bucks on the table for the coffee and walked out. During this time our server, and what looked to be a busser we’re working so hard, while the manager and a few employees sat around. Our server was beyond great from the very beginning, so much so I think she should run this place…and get rid of the current manager. She did end up covering our bill, which wasn’t necessary, but much appreciated! We did leave her a nice tip, I sure hope the individuals in charge take notice to this review, or business may go stagnant after too long!

The food was hot and yummy, the chocolate shake was delicious, but it seemed kinda lonely without someone to greet us when we walked in. Of course, we used the kiosk to order, and that was fine. We enjoyed our meal-on-the-run. And a pleasant employee we saw a little bit later had a sweet smile for everyone.

Food is good, it’s what I remember. The bathroom soap didn’t work. The place was empty and had no soul, It’s due to there being no waiters. I felt awkward the whole time, and ate my food in silence then left. I can’t see how it’s profitable to completely gut the human interaction that makes a business feel alive.
