Ordered promptly. Waited 10 minutes and burgers were cold, lettuce was wilted. Never received the sauce I ordered. Ketchup machine was empty. Do better. Christmas bells on the tables was a nice touch.

They need to fire everyone in Wendy’s in manning, sc , even the manager needs fired, they are so slow, I waited almost 30 mins for a biggie bag deal, and a large fry. Then the fries was cold, even though that’s what I was told I was waiting on was fresh fries, fries was sloggy and cold, the double stack was also cold , so I asked for a refund . I will never step foot back in Wendy’s in manning sc.

I’ve never NOT been able to finish my double stack.. except for today. The burger seemed to be made and under the heater for quite some time. The ketchup made the inside of the bread mushy, the outside of the bread was hard and the burger itself seemed undercooked. The service was slow and not friendly. There was a hole in the ceiling right in the middle of the restaurant. The floors were sticky and the drink area had a wet floor sign with spilled drinks all over it. The bathroom also seemed unclean. Better option near by so I would avoid this Wendy’s altogether.

The Struggle in the South continues on this trip!
Placed my order at the drive-thru.. Easy.. First window closed, sign says go to the next one.. Blah-blah.. Lady opens the window, repeats my order and mumbles some total then closes the window. I mouth how much and she opens it again and repeats herself intelligibly this time. Then closes it again, without taking my money.
I sit there and notice cars behind me are stopping to place their order, then driving off. I wait a bit longer before I get someones attention inside.. She comes to the window, this time with the “manager”. Apparently their “system” went down.. Last time I checked that shouldn’t effect the kitchen.. And I was paying cash and could easily let them use my phone as a calculator if they struggled with simple math. Nope. Not even an offer. The closed the window without telling me what they are doing about my order. I rolled out after that.
I should’ve taken a picture of the managers name on the window. After that BS I was just ready to go, get something to eat, and be on my way..
Fast Food is certainly NOT fast or efficient in this area.

I just left the dry thru line I should have known to check my food as I was listening to the workers complaining about their morning shifts. My breakfast sandwich was hard and falling apart. I can’t even eat the sandwich.

I placed the order through doordash and I did not have my fries no fries in the bag so I’m not sure who’s doing doordash orders but they really need to check or should I say have someone check behind whoever packing up for the doordash customers I was very disappointed do better

This is the SLOWEST Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. We placed a mobile order well in advance and had to wait 30 minutes (not an exaggeration) to pick up our food. There’s no point in making a mobile order if you have to wait around for it.

Waited in the drive thru and no answered the machine so we parked and went inside where we had to wait at the counter to even have our order taken they acted like they didn’t want to be there. Went to the drive thru got a bacon atop with no mayo and a crispy chicken sandwich as you will see both sandwiches had mayo and burger had 1 piece of bacon on it that is sad so sad…..

The manager called the police since I would not move up, as they already had a car in front of me waiting on food. Both you and your staff are unprofessional. Ill be calling corporate in the morning 20mins for a chicken sandwich.
