Ordered a few months ago and they forgot 2 side items and the portion of the prime rib was the smallest I’ve ever seen. Called and spoke to the manager and he offered a discount so figured they had a bad night. Tried it again tonight and this the was portion of Mac and cheese they gave me. I’m done with this place. Even left a 25% tip and walked inside to get the order so they wouldn’t have to come outside. They don’t train and supervise their employees and could care less. Seems like they need a new manager that can actually run the place and the corporate office clearly isn’t overseeing their operations. Will NEVER go back.

My first visit and for a restaurant joined to a hotel I was really pleasantly surprised. I went in expecting adequate food and service. I ordered the Southwest chicken bowl and it was delicious. They also have the option of a small desert instead of full-size and it was just the right ending.
Our waitress was outstanding. Usually that type of service only comes in a fine dining restaurant. It made the entire experience noteworthy. My elderly friend was in heaven.
We went for lunch on a Monday and there was no waiting and plenty of seating available.

Terrible service. I don’t even blame the waitress. This must be a staffing issue. Only one waitress on for eight tables on Memorial Day. Any holiday a restaurant is open you know it’s going to be busy, don’t kill your staff because you don’t want to waste your labor hours. The waitress barely checked in due to the fact she had a lot of tables but when she did come around she was polite, nice and professional. Our food took forever, they were probably under staffed in the kitchen as well. This review is getting a three star and it’s lucky to get that. The only reason it’s getting that is because the food was good and what we did see of the waitress she was really nice. It’s not her fault for faulty scheduling.
Parking was a nightmare. But, it is Memorial Day. Bathroom was decent, no liter or garbage on the floor. On a normal day there is plenty of tables and booths. They have wheelchair accessibility. They accept credit/debit and cash. Prices are somewhat expensive but it’s a high chain restaurant so that’s not this locations fault.
We had a party of four and each of us got something different. I got smothered tips with rice and corn. My tips were cooked perfect and the rice and corn were pretty tasty and fresh. My husband got baked haddock with french fries and coleslaw. The people we were with got buffalo macaroni and cheese and broccoli and cheddar soup with a grilled cheese. No complaints on any of the food. They offer unlimited popcorn through out your dinner. That’s a neat gesture.
The food was good. The waitress was good. But I would consider adding more staff on holidays.
Overall, 3 stars! <3

Nice casual family style restaurant. Has a bar side of the location too that doesn’t mix with the family side.
Food was good and plentiful

Great parking availability
Older building needs to be refreshed
Very active bar area, sometimes very loud if that’s what you are looking for.
Enjoy popcorn while waiting cause it can be a little slow, not too bad though. Food never very hot but good chain food as expected.

We were seated immediately. It looked very clean and we saw the busboy come out and clean the floor area whenever a table emptied. The waitress was attentive. We were brought popcorn to snack on while perusing the menus.. Our food came out quickly. The appetizer potato skins were better than most other potato skins I have had, and the serving size was more than enough for sharing. The Prime rib was cooked perfectly to order and was served with both a tasty au jus and a creamy horseradish sauce. My companion’s fish and chips looked crispy and not overly greasy. I would definitely recommend the place and hopefully will return soon.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Went in with my infant and was given a spacious booth. Sarah our server was excellent! We had a mango ice tea and a pretzel, both were great.

everything is good but seem to have one silly quirk. they play good music that is oddly a little loud. service is good but i only saw one waitress which was odd. our food was great but the rice i got was not so much. bathrooms were fine but the hallway that leads to them is hilariously long, like i was like daaamn when i was walking there. all around good place but could use more staff. it feels like a mini applebees.

The last time I was at 99 was probably 10+ years ago. While the food tasted good, I was slightly disappointed with the price to serving size ratio. It is quite expensive for how much you get.
The service was decent.
Atmosphere is always a tough one for me to rate because I’m single and don’t have friends I can go places with on a regular basis. In other words, I do a lot alone.

My wife and I got two grilled chicken salads at the Augusta Me 99 tonight for takeout. They really skimped on the chicken and one of the honey mustard dressing containers opened up in the bag and spilled everywhere. All for $32.00 plus tip.
