Love the Popeye’s chicken fingers, but not at this location. It is cold inside and the food seating out is barely warm. They do not heat it up. The chicken tender they gave me were different than those at the counter. See picture. I am used to large pieces that I have to let cool down because they are so hot. The conversation at the counter was nothing but Bro this and Bro that… If that is not enough, when I took a bite of the chicken, it felt like processed chicken.. Not real chicken.. Disgusting!! I ate because I was hungry but you see I threw the rest of it out.. I will never visit this place again.. A gentleman came in to order a special item and they rudely refused.. One of the kids try to say something nice because he saw how nasty they talked to him.. Bad everything!!

Stopped for food honestly had a great experience. The food came out hot and fresh, and the flavor was exactly what you expect from Popeyes — bold and satisfying. The chicken was crispy, the sides were well seasoned, and everything felt made right. This location knows how to do it properly. I went through drive thru today and ordered a family meal of strips, asked for sauces and got 2 for a 12 piece meal… why do you guard the sauce with your life? Then I get home and the strips aren’t even strips. Bone-in chicken. What a waste of money and time. Then when you call they say it’s your fault. I specified my order was strips. Yes I should have checked before leaving but I have a screaming baby in the car. Do better Popeyes.

Something is off with this location. I’ve had too many problems here. Maybe they just don’t want people to eat here. This time the food was extremely salty. Almost as if someone intentionally added a fist full of salt to the food. That is not normal for Popeyes. I’m just not going to spend money with this store anymore. Too many chances

Umm so today 3/12/25 an employee had his shoes off with his socks on it made me very uncomfortable & honestly disgusted. Also this location does something weird to their frozen lemonade. At all popeyes locations the frozen lemonade is yellow & has a different consistency than what I receive at this location. My frozen drink is white and chunky, not like any other popeyes location I’ve been to where I order the frozen lemonade. The employee with his shoes off was definitely a bad look & bad vibe for the store. I’ll be going to the one on Bethlehem Pike if I ever regain my cravings for popeyes.

Wings are T I N Y! Super small wings (size of my index finger for the largest one I got). Has no meat to eat. too much sauce. Strips barely have any meat but only breading! No wonder why it’s so cheap, but I think it is very overpriced for what I got.
