Steaming hot sandwiches on fresh-baked bread are our specialty, but the garden fresh salads, from-scratch soups, and homemade desserts are nice, too.

This restaurant is so cute, the decor is welcoming, rustic and comfortable. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the choice of music they play. Customer service was excellent and doesn’t make you feel rushed, you feel welcome. My husband and I enjoyed our drinks and meals. I ordered a chai latte and it was perfection. For my meal I got a Reuben sandwich and it was packed full and delicious. My husband ordered an hot apple cider and was raving about it the whole time and he had a turkey and Swiss sandwich on a kaiser roll. We enjoyed our meal and the atmosphere and will return.

After a wonderful surprise trip up north for the weekend with the boys, our trip has come to an end. After a day filled with snow, christmas lights, reindeer, and a special trip to see the jolly old man himself, we stopped to have dinner at this absolutely wonderful deli called “The Yellow Deli”. The environment was pleasing to the eye. It made me feel so warm and welcoming and absolutely relaxed.
The food was amazingly delicious!! I ended up having the vegan burger and my husband had the salmon sandwich (which they catch fresh daily) and the kids with their good ol’ hotdog. The staff were the most kind hearted, welcoming and a pleasure to have a conversation with people you could ever experience. Making you feel like family! The care they put in to listening to you, noticing our children in a loving positive way and how they care about your experience in their restaurant was beyond 5 ! From having organic, home made food they make daily, fresh chi & coffee to having a small general store filled with organic goods such as olive oil from Spain to aromatherapy oils! The flavor of my vegan burgan was amaizing with a homemade bulkie roll, bean spouts, freah sliced avocado, and a vegan patty.
The love and passion they put into their business is truly noticeble. Of course ofter this amazing experience I had to do a little research to know more about it and in my reading I stumbled upon their backstory and read this, “They had run across a verse in the Bible about how being “filled with the Holy Spirit” meant that your life would produce a certain kind of fruit. That fruit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22). So, if it were possible to consistently demonstrate these qualities, it would surely create a very nice environment. Just having such a place for people to come in and sit down would be so nice, so… why not do it? “We serve the fruit of the Spirit. Why not ask?” became their motto.” And it truly felt that way!
So if you are in the neck of the woods of Lancaster NH or Plymouth MA (and many more around the world), you MUST stop in and cozy yourself up to their peaceful environment, delicious food, general store and wonderful staff!!
God Bless them for winning my heart over

We stopped here to eat on the road. Quite by accident. Perhaps this is one of the best places we have visited. It’s clean, the food is really like home-cooked. The bread is homemade without exaggeration. I wish all the best to the place and the people who work here.

Stopped by The Yellow Deli in Lancaster, NH, and it was excellent. The food was delicious—fresh, homemade sandwiches with great bread, plus tasty soups and sides that were clearly made with care. Everything tasted flavorful and satisfying.
The service stood out even more: the staff was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. The cozy, rustic atmosphere added to the charm too.
If you’re in the area, it’s definitely worth a visit. We’ll be returning next time we’re up there! Highly recommend.

Perhaps the best breakfast sandwich I have ever eaten! Atmosphere was quiet and cozy, and the facilities were clean. Nice selection of sandwiches, and the coffee was very good. To top it off, there’s an aspect to this place that might surprise you if it’s your first time visiting a Yellow Deli. 😉

What a spectacular little find! A perfect pit stop during a road trip to get delicious breakfast or lunch. The service was charming, and the waffle was off the charts tasty! We also enjoyed the alaskan salmon sandwich that they catch themselves! And tasty coffee. Nice little market attached to it where we purchased the waffle batter of course and their incredible locally sourced syrup too.

I thought I had a review out before this, but let me just share up front: this place has a wonderful vibe of rustic country meets peace. The food is delicious and home-style. Well worth the drive and the wait when busy.
Talking food, my favorite dishes are the salmon sandwich and the yogurt parfait. My favorite tea there is the hibiscus lime. Seriously, you have got to try the soup and fresh sourdough bread. It’s made with fresh milled spelt.
The people are friendly and love to share about their food, their lifestyle and community. Just ask a question!
I have brought others here, including my family . My own family has sworn this is a must for whenever they visit. I also have a food allergy and never worry here.
It’s my favorite place to go and I always leave with a smile on my face.

We loved stopping by this cute deli. The decor is so special and the food is hearty for the winter. We tried the mate green tea from Brazil and it was absolutely amazing with honey. I have never tried it and pretty sure I wouldn’t find this delicious tea if not for the Yellow Deli. It’s an amazing place for a small town.

I am in town for work and stopped by for the most hearty cup of seasonal squash soup and sourdough bread EVER! This spot is architecturally cool inside, with the seating built around old beams. So cool! The food is amazing and tastes like my mother-in-law’s cooking. That’s a major compliment.

The food here is so good. My favorite drink is the warm mint mocha maté latte. Can highly recommend the poached eggs with spelt toast, butter, and jelly.
