Came to this location for the first time and I’m definitely unimpressed. I got the burger with the shack sauce but man where’s the sauce? We are paying more for this sauce but barely even get any. Lol that’s crazy. Also, the patties are extremely thin. I only gave two stars because the young man who came to deliver the food was professional and polite. The young womam taking the order wow. Lol had to repeat things like 3 times.

The food was cold upon arrival, and the dasher assignment process took 30 minutes. To enhance the customer experience, it is recommended that food preparation commences after the dasher has been assigned. If the food is not collected within 30 minutes, remaking the order would be preferable to sending out cold food.

I usually don’t go to sonic but I went through the drive through on Monday. While I was at the drive through window I heard the manager hyping up his staff! I love to hear and see working staff get appreciated!! He even brought my food over to me and was super sweet!

Sometimes on Sundays there is no one there at 7 when they open. It has happened more than once. There is a very nice lady that works drive thru she works early during the week. She is the best service person.

I didn’t get to get this young man’s name but he should be working at Chik Fila, Sonic doesn’t deserve him. He was so polite and nice! We always complain about these young kids having bad service but this young man was excellent!

We ordered a large coke and 2 sundaes on the Sonic App. We checked in and about 5 minutes later the carhop sign said a carhop whom I can’t spell the name was on the way out. Another vehicle pulled up and placed an order through the red button. They received their order and we were still waiting. 5 mins later we pushed the button and inquired about our order. The carhop brought out our drink and our 2 melted sundaes. He gave us 3 straws and said they did not have any spoons. The Forney Sonic is one of the WORST Sonic’s I have ever been to. Why do they suck so bad?

I’ve been coming to Sonic most most mornings every week for the past 2 years. Audrey has been there 95% of those days! I know my drink/order will be right if she’s there. Almost any other time I come, if she’s not there, something is wrong with my order. She has become a happy step of my everyday routine and I’m so thankful to know her (even if only in a small capacity)! Audrey is the BEST and y’all should be so thankful to have her!

My little one and I enjoy having this Sonic in Forney particularly for the outdoor playground! He loves the sand area. They playground area could use some maintenance with regard to the sand area and mulch. Needs a little freshening/sprucing up. Otherwise, it’s great and the ample tables under the covered awning are great for hot days. Michael delivered our food less than 5 minutes from me ordering. Order was correct and he was friendly.

I really don’t understand how management here can make almost every single employee incompetent. I go to sonics all over town and say I’d like a purple o. Plus my family and I frequent this sonic. Therefore you’d think after we stop by so often they’d understand what it is. Last time we stopped by a poor girl showed up with her phone and asked us to spell purple. If you have your phone can you google purple o recipe. Because I did and have attached the ingredients below. Now imagine a drink called PURPLE O. do you think it would end up green? No. It’s called purple o because it’s purple. But not to this incompetent sonic.
