That said, the seafood and steak dishes didn’t quite live up to the price point. They were good, but not particularly memorable for what they cost.
Service was excellent—Chris took great care of us and made the evening even more enjoyable. Friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable.
Would definitely return, especially for the pizza and the atmosphere, but would be a bit more selective next time with the pricey entrees.
After being seated and approached by our waiter, it took 10 minutes to bring our Cokes. The pizza came pretty fast and honestly was good.
The biggest disappointment was that a coke was $6.24. A COKE. 2 sodas cost the price of our pizza. We weren’t even offered a refill. Mayra was our waitress. At no establishment should a soft beverage cost nearly $7. That alone will be the reason we don’t return.
But, that’s not even the best part. The FOOD was amazing. As we walked in, a group of locals were walking out and told us that this was “the best place in town by far” …and we found out why! Many in our group got the Lemon Chicken which was delicious – nestled in a bed of pasta with amazing flavors. Another big favorite was the Pork Osso Busco which was moist and tender and flavorful. The drinks were great and the atmosphere was nice too! Pricing was definitely reasonable and especially given the quality!
Overall I would give this place a 12 out of 10 and definitely would love to come back!
Hands down the worst to-go experience I’ve had. I ordered fried ravioli—they somehow heard FIVE orders. Then I asked for blackened grouper (which is literally on the menu), but because it sits under the sandwich section, I got talked to like I should know their menu better than the people who work there. Instead of giving me what I ordered, they picked my dinner for me and handed me grouper volcuta with fruit. Whatever—I took it because they threw in a free dessert.
Then my husband opens his chicken parm… and it’s veal. I call back, and the girl on the phone, Hope, basically calls me a liar. She makes me drive all the way back to “prove it,” and when I get there and show her, she still says, “Our kitchen never messes up.”
Oh really?
So much for “the customer is always right.”
Never. Again.
There was only one server to answer the phone, wait on us, and take care of the other 12 or so patrons. Jennifer our server was professional, remained calm, and was courteous.
We arrived around noon, it was around 2 pm we were served our food, and it was after 3 pm we received our bill. We didn’t get out of there until 3:30pm.This is the second time this has happened to us when dining here.
The food was great, but definitely not worth the wait!
We were also surprised that they tack on an additional charge for paying with a credit card.
We won’t be back!!!
