The Vegetable Pizza was excellent from the very first bite. The thin crust was outstanding — perfectly baked, light, and crispy without being dry. The combination and quality of vegetables truly made this pizza stand out and feel thoughtfully crafted rather than ordinary. Each bite was flavorful and well balanced. It made the experience memorable and satisfying. What made it even more special is that we were the very first customers after they reopened following a six-month closure. It felt great to support them on their first day back and enjoy such a delicious meal. We will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others.

Went for early dinner on a Wednesday night and was not busy at all… Young man serving us was great! My wife and I each had a calzone…dough was amazing, kind of like Cheesy bread pizza. Sauce was very good too. Son has chicken alfredo and he said was really good and creamy. Server mentioned it was freshly made. Highly recommend!

The food was fresh and tasty, the service was friendly and timely, and the establishment was clean and family friendly. You could easily order most things on the menu between $13-$20, with a wide variety of pizzas, calzones, pastas, subs, and appetizers. Would definitely recommend and worth a revisit.

I came here for a take-out order, and it didn’t take long at all. The staff were very nice and friendly. The pizza was alright — the BBQ pizza was a little on the sweet side for my taste, but still decent overall.

Oh my goodness!!! The food was AMAZING! We’re here from Texas for our son’s BeachBall Classic basketball tournament, so we stopped here on the way to the game. I’m so glad we did. I loved that it was family owned; everyone was so kind and friendly. We talked basketball and truly enjoyed the atmosphere. The food was hot and fresh. I don’t think I’ve ever had pizza and wings that were this good.

Walked in 30 minutes after they opened. Service was great and the pizza was amazing! The homemade sauce was to dye for! If we’re ever in that area again, this place will be the 1st stop that we make.

We’re here for a family vacay and decided on pizza for lunch. This is a casual, no frills restaurant which was fine. After looking at the menu, some of us changed our minds because there’s a whole lot more than pizza to choose from. The food was very good, very filling, and very reasonably priced. Our server may be new to the game (she wanted our food orders before asking if we wanted anything to drink). She was VERY pleasant so we ‘forgave’ her and tipped her handsomely.

So I’d like to leave a review, an absolutely amazing place for a little pizza shop in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The place is called Pizza Alla Roma, and I don’t really care what any other reviews say, this place is a five star. The owner, George was an amazing guy. We talked, we laughed, he was an amazing, amazing person. This place’s atmosphere and food was truly unbelievable.

Stepping into **Pizza ala Roma III** is like taking a stroll down memory lane to the heart of Myrtle Beach’s culinary history. With a legacy spanning 46 years, this establishment has not only stood the test of time but has also carved out a reputation as the purveyor of the finest New York-style pizza in town. Newly renovated interior and exterior.
The dining experience at Pizza ala Roma III is nothing short of outstanding. The staff greets you with the kind of attentive and personable service that makes you feel like family. The ambiance strikes a perfect balance between modern and retro, with a ’50s bistro vibe that’s both clean-cut and inviting. The decor, a monochromatic palette of black and white walls accented by dark green booths, sets the stage for a visual feast. Each wall is adorned with clusters of nostalgic photographs featuring charming characters that evoke a bygone era, while small potted plants add a touch of greenery.
The heart of the restaurant is the **chic bar**, boasting an impressive selection of beers and wines, all illuminated by stylish modern chandeliers. As the light Italian instrumental music whispers in the background, you can’t help but feel transported to a quaint Italian street café.
Cleanliness is paramount here, and it shows. From the unique bathroom decor to the well-maintained dining area, every corner reflects their commitment to hygiene and comfort.
When it comes to the food, the word superb barely does justice to the flavors that await. The presentation of each dish is a harmonious blend of art and appetite, with portion sizes that are as plentiful as they are satisfying. And for those with a sweet tooth, the dessert menu is a dream come true. The Fredorio and fried baklava with ice cream come highly recommended, promising a delightful end to an exquisite meal.
In summary, Pizza ala Roma III is a testament to the timeless charm of Myrtle Beach’s dining scene. It’s a place where every meal feels like a celebration of history, hospitality, and culinary excellence. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, this is one dining experience you won’t want to miss. ✨
