I’m a regular at this location since it’s the closest to my work, but I’ve had several frustrating experiences lately. Often, there’s no coffee available, and I’ve encountered rude employees at the drive-thru.

This morning was particularly disappointing. I watched two cars that arrived after me get served before I did. After being asked if I was using my rewards app, I waited for three minutes without any updates. When I finally asked if anyone was there, I received no response. I kept saying “hello” because I felt like they might have forgotten about me. Eventually, I got a curt reply: “You’ve gotta give me a minute.”

I responded, “I don’t have to wait for this.” I matched their tone and decided that I would no longer be visiting this location because the customer service keeps getting worse. When I go through a fast-food drive-thru, I expect it to be quick, especially for just a coffee order.

I ended up going to another McDonald’s, where I was helped immediately. Everything was fresh and great. I will definitely be leaving them a positive review.

Not going there ever again, today was the 4th time in 2 months they messed up my order, let alone gave me the wrong order today, not going there again waste of money IMO, like I mentioned I got the wrong order, I got someone’s else’s order that was less than what I paid for

we found a dead fly in our mcchicken, but we were in a hurry heading down to des moines and with a baby in the car is really difficult to make the phone call, so we called them 2 days later when we come back to town. the only thing she told me ( manager) is according to owner’’s policy there’s nothing they can or will do. i am
not asking for money back or anything i just need them to know their food preparation area is dirty need to be sanitary but she wont even apologize! this is absolutely awful it doesn’t matter if we call on the same day or not , dead fly is dead fly we also have time stamp shows on the pic we took on our phone! so disappointed!

My order was almost correct except on the order was a large mocha (hot) and a large frappe (cold). Ending up receiving 2 large mocha frappés. They need to make sure to read the order fully not just scan it. I have worked in a fast food restaurant before and always doubled checked to make sure order was correct.

I didn’t realize I was in Georgia till I was granted with the misfortune of running into the man with the fiddle. Was enjoying the food when dread came over me shaking my soul to the core. All of the sudden I was face to face with Lucifer Morningstar himself. Slushy and Mccrispy were delicious. Will be back 10/10
