i’m honestly livid and confused because this has never happened. i ordered a meal with curly fries on doordash. usually am given an option for sauce but i guess since i got a breakfast meal i wasn’t given that option. they charged my doordasher .54 cents for 2 buttermilk ranch. why out of every time they try to charge it’s when i have a dasher? i would think that ordering curly fries.. that’s a given that you get sauce. i have only ever heard of being charged for extra sauces. not every damn sauce. ya’ll have some weirdos working.

I bit into my sandwich expecting a cluck sandwich (chicken) and ended up with fish? Hash brown? Or something but it is pretty gross and there’s 2 patties of them? Everything else was somehow correct. I got all my sauces and the person working was really nice

I don’t know what happened here. And I really hope my boys didn’t eat one. But found this moldy fry in my bag when I was reaching for the ketchup.

Rating : minus 1000 ouf of 5!
I had bad luck and I lost my wallet full of my military ID, all my bank cards (including my Canadian bank cards…) as well as my driver license, student IDs…
Arrived in Plano at my house, I noticed my wallet was missing.
I went back there and where I was seated my receipt was still there. The janitor (a hispanic) saw me picking it up and he was like why are you taking the receipt? He lied to me that it was from another table. Frankly from what I saw, the way he was aggressive and stuff, I suspect he is the one who took my wallet. He looked like he was in the loop about it. Then as he looked Hispanic I asked him in Spanish “hablas Ingles o Español”? He answered: “Chino” meaning he speaks “Chinese!!!”.
Again, I am not sure one hundred percent he saw my wallet but the attitude and the fact that he told me the receipt is not mine whereas it is (I can prove it in my bank account charges of today), the amount matches what I got charged and it was still on my table. The hispanic janitor told me to check in the trash can!!! Since when do wallets stay in the trash can ? What type of an answer is that? mean disrespect, discrimination, trying to hide facts, microaggression due to what he knew about the wallet? What is that for real?
Then the other male staff (Hispanic I believe) I asked him (frankly the attitude alone is more related to race issues I guess: all of them are so racist, I believe because I am black and worse an immigrant), then he was like “nothing we can do nobody reported the wallet to us”. Just like that!
I asked him if we could try asking the girls who were on the previous shift and he walked away.
I asked for the manager and reported the situation (a Hispanic lady) and she rushed me away “there is nothing we can do and we are busy!!””).
Seriously? You cannot even ask the people who worked earlier? You have cameras and there is nothing you can do?
Being a combat veteran and being treated like this, I feel so bad about this whole thing. I drive Uber that is my only source of income. My driver license is gone and these racists cannot even help me to try and at least locate the wallet.
The attitude you gave me is despicable, all your staff are so mean and racist. And my last CAC/DOD card from the Army is gone too.
Not only I would never come back to your below-the-standard service Jack in the box restaurant, but I will never again eat at the Jack in the box for the rest of my life, never.
A horrible experience at your non sensical restaurant: that you did not find the wallet can be one thing, but how to trust you given the disrespect and attitude all of you gave me despite having eaten at your place?
As for the manager I found there: that you are busy is one thing but that you are not willing to help is another. You could ask for my number for example and ask around from your employees and let me know of the outcome.
My biggest mistake is to have come to your restaurant, buy food and pay for it, to only loose a wallet of mine full of important stuff to me, and to be disrespected by everyone when I was trying to get my wallet back.
If the prob is being busy, why not ask for my cell number and figure it out when you have some slow time? You think I drove for an hour from Plano back to your Jack in the box because I am too stupid?
Again, not having seen the wallet does not mean not helping. It does not mean not asking around, it does not mean not trying to look at the camera footage, it does not mean a janitor fighting for a receipt that’s mine and he is calling it his?
In short, your place is ludicrous and I shouldn’t have come there to begin with…
The most painful thing is the loss of my Military Card, the last one I had while in the Army, which meant a lot to me. Besides, my Canadian student ID that I need so deadly and my Canadian bank card. Other than meanness, this wallet had zero dollars in it: just bank cards and important IDs. I cannot believe these are the people who surround me everyday, people who cannot even return a wallet full of important IDs.

First of all, we stood there 5 minutes and was not greeted. The cashier walked by us several times. When she finally acknowledged us she said you can order on the kiosk. They were out of all diet sodas, the food score was nowhere in site and they had attitudes. After we finally get our food, the order was wrong. The food was old and burned. This is the worst Jack in the box. Do Not Go Here. Make the trip to the loop.

Food is good. Employees are respectful and solid people.

Make sure that they put everything in the order. Compared to the McD next door that’s always full, JitB works fast.

Came here for a pickup tonight, once I got to the counter and asked for the order, the guy didn’t say one word, wandered off to the back. I figured, no reply probably means it’s ready and he’s grabbing it. Nope. I was waiting almost 10 minutes for an order they clearly didn’t even START on until well after I arrived. 3 other people got their food before the order I had PLACED IN ADVANCE. Doordash literally prompted me to unassign since it was taking too long. Horrible customer service, actually nonexistent customer service, place reeks of do everything as cheaply and unappealingly as possible.

Careful what you order. They are tacking on $0.15 for each condiment added: pickles, onions, lettuce, and tomatoes. Since 2021, they have raised the prices over 116%. A Breakfast Jack used to be $1.29 in 2021, they are now $2.79.

1.29 + 1.29x = 2.79
1.29x = 2.79 – 1.29
X = 1.5/1.29
X=1.16~
A 100% increase would have been $2.58.

So yeah, a 116% increase; and still, they are nickle and diming customers for condiments.

You will give an account in the Day of Judgment for your greed.
