Del Taco’s alright. It’s a mid-tier spot with food that’s not amazing, but it’s fine for what it is. I’d suggest the burritos.

I’m not sure what keeps happening at this location, but they don’t seem to understand what a proper burrito size should be. The portions keep getting smaller while the prices continue to rise. When you ask for well-done French fries, you end up with limp fries that should never be served to customers. Don’t get me wrong—I absolutely love Del Taco, but this location really struggles with consistency and quality.

I eat lunch here very frequently. I recommend the Mexican menu items. The price is decent and while some items may have a unique un-Mexican taste (classic chicken sauce, for instance), it is consistent. The beans really look and taste like beans, which gives it a leg up on another national chain. The fries and burgers are kind of average but that’s not why I visit.

After hundreds of visits to the drive through, it is almost always fast and I have never seen one error. They must have great training and processes here. Fantastic job!

Recently, they changed the burrito rolling style and it seems more prone to blowouts. Good luck opening it up to add your inferno sauce. You end up with thick wads of tortilla at both ends.

Previously, they left one end open which was easy to customize and left room for filling expansion. I suspect that they changed to a smaller tortilla diameter to cut costs. Possibly lower amount of filling also.

Fast food it ain’t. Stopped in for a quick bite at the drive thru and it ended up being almost 15 minutes… and there were only 2 cars ahead of me (didn’t look like they had unusually large orders). Food is okay, but Taco Bell is so much faster and the food is about the same. Unless you have a LOT of time on your hands, I woukd recommend heading for the border at Taco Bell instead.

I come to this location the most as it’s right next to my apt.
Very strange that the quality was almost purposefully sloppy.
Regardless of time, this was unacceptable.
I really hope they reevaluate themselves.

All I could taste is salt. Fish tacos were dry with no flavor. Server was rude. Some older people cannot use the kiosks and staff refused to take the order.

Food was as good as we are used to but one of the burritos was a little cold. Service included calling out our order then walking away from the counter and not caring who grabbed the order. Thankfully it wasn’t busy so there wasn’t much chance of anyone taking our order. Atmosphere included some spider webs and a spider that drop down from a lights toward the table we were about to sit at. Also, the music the workers were listening to in the kitchen was louder than the music playing in the dining room so there were clashing music genres.

Edit: Was able to pick up my order after work. Still annoying.

Del Taco says open 24 hours. I was on my lunch break and I used the Del Taco app to order my food. I drove there for pick up and saw the drive thru blocked by orange traffic cones. The time was 3:35 AM, March 27, 2025. So I parked and waited for about 15 minutes.

Then a lady came out and said that the store is closed for maintenance. I replied with, “ok I understand, but I made an app order, so what do I do?”. She responded with all online/app orders are deleted. I replied again, “Right, but what do I do since I already paid?”. Then she angrily snapped back saying “all orders are canceled and that they are closed for maintenance.”

Firstly, I’m perfectly ok with stores closing for maintenance, but neither the app, website, or store front showed any proper communication that the store was closed to the customer. So much so that I was one of three people waiting. Secondly, before I paid for my order, the app SHOULD of communicated to me that the store is closed and they are unable to take orders at this time. Third, I already paid for my food and was told my order was canceled and was refused service.

This is not really the fault of the employee, but she was rude and unhelpful with my situation. I will be going back to get my food at a later time, due to I was on lunch break and only had 30 minutes. Hopefully they get better at properly communicating with there customers.

The staff is always so frantic that they never listen, and they make up orders in their minds. I ordered a burger with no onions, or tomatoes. Just lettuce. The drive-thru person opens the window to hand me my bag, then randomly says “Oh! You wanted tomatoes!” and slammed the window before I could say “No, I didn’t ask for tomatoes”. She had the kitchen remake the burger with JUST tomatoes. She took the burger that was made correctly, decided it was wrong, and had the kitchen remake it all without me ever getting the chance to tell her she was right the first time. When she brought me my burger, smiling, very proud of herself, she said “Here is your burger with tomatoes!”. I said “I never asked for tomatoes, and you had it right the first time. Now, this is not what I ordered”. She just stared at me until I drove away. There weren’t even any customers behind me, and the dining room was empty. Why is the staff running around like they have 200 customers waiting?? The entire staff needs to calm down, relax, and LISTEN

This is my wife’s favorite fast food and I really like their grilled soft tacos. Who doesn’t love crinkle cut fries. My only issue is I wish there was one closer to my house.
