Went through the drive thru for dinner and had the sweetest worker greet us. Haven’t been here in a while so we needed time to look at the menu. They were very patient, kind, and helpful. Accommodating all our needs. Truly went above and beyond. Exceeded our expectations from any establishment!

No one greeted us upon arrival. We waited quite a while at the counter. Finally an employee came in to start her shift and asked if we had been helped. She clocked in and helped us. No one else ever said a word to us. Not even when I needed something else after getting our food. Terrible interaction with everyone EXCEPT the girl who took care of us. She was exceptional.

Have been coming here more often these past few weeks and I have to say, this location NEVER disappoints. Everyone here is always super nice, my food is always hot and fresh, and the service is always fast. Usually fast food places where there’s a lot of young people working get a bad rep but this store is phenomenal.

I ordered 3 Double Decker Supreme Tacos on 09/09/25 (Order #251) and they were not made right. A Supreme is supposed to come with sour cream and tomatoes, but all I got was a thin line of meat, lettuce, and cheese.
Basically, I paid extra for regular tacos. This is sloppy and disappointing especially since this is a “promotion”.
There wasn’t anything Y2K about those tacos! At least back then, $18.00 would get me more meat, toppings, and fresher drinks! If you’re going to charge for Supreme, at least make it correctly!

I’ve been living in trophy club for 13 years, and the Taco Bell in Roanoke has had its ups and downs. Over the last year or so, I don’t know what’s changed but EVERY-TIME I go there the person at the drive thru takes my order correctly, they’re friendly, very professional, and my food is always fresh.
In the past I’d avoid ordering from them on Uber Eats because they’d literally always forget to add hot sauce no matter how many you ordered or even if you added a special note.
Now, every order is on point.
I ordered from them thru Uber last night and told my wife it was the best Taco Bell I’d had in a long time. I mean I’m writing a review on Taco Bell I had last night. That should tell you how impressed I am.
If you’re reading this as a manager there, PLEASE don’t change anything and keep up the great work!

This Taco Bell screws up our order all the time. Forgets to give us one of our items, gives us the incorrect item, etc.
To make things worse, my wife’s burrito had a large plastic item in the middle of it today.
My wife called the manager but that was useless.
