Anywho… he had a cheeseburger and said it was good. He mentions it was a better tasting burger but not worth paying that much for a burger. I had the Diablo hot dog and it was fantastic! Great level of heat and tasted fresh. Would’ve been nice if they had put more mayo on it because the bun is so large, you only get the moistness in the center of the bun. The rest of the bun just dries your mouth out.
Overall, I think it was good food. They should really evaluate their pricing…or… put enough condiments on it that a customer isn’t left wondering why they paid $10 for a hot dog that is 50% dry bread. I don’t feel like I got a good value for the amount of money I paid.
I listed service as a 1 only because I ordered and paid via the screen and never interacted with anyone until it was time to pickup my order. I had never been in one of these locations and I didn’t see where they had the back menu and a place to order until I was getting our food and walking out. Pic three where it says “order here” – I only saw that while leaving. Lol
Doubtful I’ll return to another one of these locations but happy to try something new on our way through town!
I’m visiting from Britain and I have to say of all places I’ve ever visited this has to be of the worst experience I have ever had.
Their shakes tasted like condensed whip cream and their oeros not even closed to crushed or blended.
My husbands shake was just as poor or in his own words “I wouldn’t even eat this off my girl”
I do not recommend going here. Even a back alley corner shop is cheaper and of higher quality than this.
I am aware this is a ‘high quality’ restaurant as quoted from them themselves, however their version of quality should be checked, no wonder its a ghost restaurant. The only way they’re staying open is by charging high prices for passerby’s that don’t know better.
I’ll be sure to tell all my friends in the UK not to ever go here if visiting the usa.
We noticed the burgers they made. 70% bun, 15% lettuce 5%sauce and almost no burger.
Even britains burgers are bigger and thats saying something!! For anyone who doesn’t know its a well known fact america has bigger food than the UK.
I’ve never even heard of this restaurant before.
This location is extremely clean and the couple that works here are very friendly and hospitable.
Being that it was my first time and it happened to be Tuesday, I wouldn’t have known that it was half price Tuesdays.
I certainly appreciate them telling me that and for the unexpected discount.
I wish that I lived closer to Newington and could come here more often.
I certainly will return as soon as I can.

although the burgers were cooked well, they had no seasoning, were quite small, and the actual dining experiencs was overall disappointing. just because my wife said she wanted her 1 sauce on the side, they served each condiment for both meals (a total of five) in little non-recyclable plastic cups. i ordered a bun of iceberg lettuce and my food came wrapped in at least half a head. they seemed to realize it lacked any structural integrity because they served it with a (plastic) fork stabbed into the middle of it.
my wife’s bun was prepared with the most lopsided cut i have ever seen, with 95% of the thickness given to the top bun and the smallest island of bread on the bottom, smaller than the patty and unable to maintain the burger’s integrity with grease dripping through. our sweet potato fries were soggy and cold, delivered naked on a thin paper napkin covering a cafeteria lunch tray that reminded one of prison.
this place was beyond depressing. the counter faced the door (not the sitting area) so it was impossible to see or hear the staff when they’re supposed to call your order. instead, they brought out our food directly from the kitchen through these massive double doors with little porthole windows- you feel completely isolated from the staff, adrift on an island of burger sadness. this place needs to be destroyed. go to shake shack instead.
Burger prices here are pretty average. Definitely pricier than a fast-food place. I have no problem paying for a quality product; however, this was not so much the case here.
The burgers seemed a little bit on the small side but were cooked well. We had mushroom Swiss burgers and I don’t know why, but they were very salty.
We also ordered French fries. They were not hot and unfortunately, the ketchup packets were leaky and so they were stuck together in a clump.
I said something about it and was given some fresh, sealed packets to replace the first bunch with. I’m not a big fan of having sticky fingers. Not a big deal, stuff happens. The biggest issue here was the food.
The milk shake was very thick.
Anyway, I have had better, and I have had worse…
Overall, in my opinion, the place was mediocre.
