To start off we had reservations at 2:00. We did not start getting food until 3:00. It took 30 minutes just to get drinks. While we were waiting to get our table we could not have a drink because there was no bartender.
There was food all over the floor and on the chair they wanted me to sit in.
The waitress was not familiar with the menu so some of the orders were wrong. The chef that we had was wearing two masks so when he was asking us what we ordered we could not understand a word he was saying and we kept having to ask him to repeat what he was saying.
When you go to a teppanyaki restaurant you have an expectation. You expect a show. You expect fun. You expect the volcano. You expect some fireworks. Maybe some flying eggs We got nothing. The chef just cooked our food and slapped it on our plates.
It took so long we wanted another drink. We asked the chef, because there was no waitress anywhere to be seen, and he rudely said through his mask that it was not his job to get our drinks. We were not asking him to get us a drink. We wanted him to get the waitress. He said we would have to wait because she was on a smoke break.
When I went to pay, the cashier was out waitress, I told her that this was the worse service I have ever had and the chef was horrible. I also told her that none of us would ever be back. She then told me that the chef we had was the head chef. What a joke.
I will never eat there again. Thumbs down.
4 kids and I went to celebrate my girls birthday the big 49 .
Everything was good but it seems the portions were smaller then normal and the price increased.
I’m not sure why but everytime I eat here I get the sprints to the restroom
Time. It’s happened the 4 last times I ate here I’m not sure why, has anyone else experienced this phenomenon?
