Great place for karaoke and vibes. They clearly milk the sportsfans clientele. The flood was super pricey and super bland and nearly less than average. (I’ve worked in the food industry a long time).
I asked for a recommendation for food to fairly judge so this is what they suggested. Not only that, but it did not agree with my stomach. At all. I didn’t add anything. Ate as is.
I had the sampler. Sliders were okay. Super dry, no garden or cheese. It was just really weak. Tenders were awful. Frozen chicken meat that is fried in sodium. I couldn’t eat more than two bites. Wings were decent but holy hell 15 dollars for 7? The market rate is a dollar a wing… If you can do the math. But hey, they get people so not gonna judge their model, but definitely not worth eating there.
The winning grace are their ace staff and awesome atmosphere. Will return, however selectively.
I look forward to the warmer season for the patio and basement. I rely on these businesses for live music, karaoke, and comedy. I will support as long as they go on.

As someone who usually enjoys this venue, tonight’s experience was a huge letdown. The service was characterized by long waits and a total lack of engagement. The staff spent the evening conversing with “familiars,” leaving me to have to signal/raise my hand just to get the food I ordered and the utensils to eat it with.
When my food finally arrived, both staff members behind the bar walked right past me to ask the people next to me if the order was theirs. When I politely pointed out that they’d bypassed me, the response was a dismissive, “Well, I didn’t know about that,” before the server walked away. I then had to wait another five minutes just to flag someone down for utensils.
I came in to relax and enjoy a meal; instead, I left dehydrated and frustrated because I couldn’t even get a drink order in. The kitchen is doing a great job—the food was delicious—but the front-of-house service was unacceptable tonight.

This was our first time there. So far, so good. Seated quickly. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable. Checked on us frequently. The draft beers (Yuengling, Pacifico and Blue Moon) were nice and cold. Not too much foam. Ken loved his Old Fashion (Angel’s Envy) was smooth and delicious. The salads, wings and egg rolls were on point. The atmosphere was great. Sports bar with lots of large screens. We enjoyed watching the Women’s NC State vs SC State NCAA game. It became even better @ 9 pm, when the DJ started spinning. But, because we were tired, we left. Trust us, we will be back. Gotta try the entrees!

I did not know they have an outside patio!! It’s a Vibe back there. The food is really good. Service is nice. Bathrooms are super small for the capacity big shots hold. Now it’s a cigar atmosphere on the patio on Tues. Even though the patio is outside, the fans should still be on. I can not stand smelling like cigars when I leave a place. How am I outside and still smell like cigars. Besides this fixable issue. I will be back. I just hope they have the fans on next time to circulate the air back there.

Stopped here to watch the 49ers game downstairs, which has terrible acoustics. TVs were great but the speakers were up too high – my ears were ringing. Need more servers downstairs during the games, but the food was really delicious! The place was packed with NFL fans and the music was good, too. Nice spot for a Sunday. Bravo on the football specials! Would definitely consider coming back if we had our own spot to watch the game with our group. Also, parking here is pretty awful.

Not a bad little place, The food was good, the bartenders need a little work. They were very slow and made several mistakes on the mixed drinks.. We had a party of 10 and several drinks were missing ingredients. Overall not a bad place tho.

This was my first watch party.. watched the ICC T20 finals in Big Shots.
The event was hosted by Bollywoodbash_events….hearing about them the first time.
DJ Rayzonik was absolutely built for the occasion….the songs, beats, timing …hands down the best.
Event overall was very well organized…seamless, efficient and arrangements top level. Great job by bollywoodbash_events folks.
Food was good..I saw Indian spirits on the rack but didn’t go for them ( they are some of the best in current market). I loved the spring rolls but chicken could have been tender….the spices hit the right notes on the palate
Service was great!! Courteous and attentive.
The place looked very welcoming and would go back for drinks and other food options.

We literally have been coming here for more than 10 years. We have been here through all the different phases. Pre COVID and POST. Bartenders changed and so did the menu but our loyalty did not.
Unfortunately today we had one of the rudest experiences. A patio bartender named Haley ( and African American lady ) was so rude to both my husband and I. Around 9:30 pm 10-19-25.
I think it seemed like a racist thing towards us brown people I don’t know. Multiple people felt the same way. If you’re working in hospitality at one of the busiest sports bars in the area, maybe crack a smile

Extremely Disappointed – Discrimination and Unprofessional Front desk/Security staff.
Visited Big Shots Woodbridge yesterday and left after just 45 minutes, taking our food to go. The experience was marred by openly rude and disrespectful treatment from front desk/security staff.
Under the guise of “policies and procedures,” the staff were unnecessarily harsh and unwelcoming. Most concerning was behavior that appeared to differ based on customers’ ethnicity—we genuinely felt discriminated against and unwelcome.
Their tone was aggressive and condescending, more like authoritarian enforcers than hospitality professionals. Big Shots management needs to address these serious customer service failures and ensure all guests are treated with respect regardless of background. Very disappointed and cannot recommend until these issues are resolved.

Came on Father’s Day 2024 and I could not be more happier with the experience. The music was chill and not excessive. The crowd was mature. Kaylynn assisted my party the entire time and she was great. She is a great asset to this place. I will definitely visit here again
