From NY/NJ and looking for a descent slice? This place ain’t half bad. In fact, it’s pretty dang good. Walk up to the counter and WHAM, attitude. You know what I’m talking about, the kind that’ll make you miss home type of attitude. The sauce is made in house and crust was perfect. I kept it simple and ordered two cheese slices. They are based out of Queens.

Super friendly staff and, I think, the best pizza in or around Myrtle Beach. We were very pleasantly surprised by their pizza as a take-out, then we stopped and dined in and the experience was even better. They have a large, clean, New York- themed dinning room that afforded us some very fun interation with the staff. For pizza-night out….this is a sure hit!

I was so excited to try their pizza. I guess the food could be good but I wouldn’t know. We didn’t get to try it because the girl at the register was giving us attitude for no reason. It’s okay though Kroger was right across the street

The name doesn’t lie. Very good cheese to sauce to crust ratio. The consistency and flavor are loyal to NY. I had the regular slice. Folded well and I was pleased to see not much oily drip. Ill have to try their other varieties of pizza. Plus the lunch spe I’ll for 2 regular slices and a soda was $7.50.

LOVE the food here. Being from CT this is the closest we came to a real NY style pie, they will make it anyway you want, just ask. Also, the breakfast egg sandwich is out of this world. Real NY large hard rolls, 2 eggs, cheese and italian sausage sliced very thin. And to top it off, the owner and staff are extremely nice. We have found our new fave!

OMG, this place is hands down THE BEST pizza around, the ONLY place around that has real ROLLS and NY breakfast sandwiches which are top tier, second to none. Staff is always beyond courteous and make sure the order is correct and when dining in are attentive to make sure that you are happy. We never leave hungry and the quality incredible for a high volume restaurant. Absolutely recommend if you want a GREAT breakfast sandwich, Pizza or hero !

Wow! Breakfast comes to Gino’s real NY pizza in the Kroger shopping plaza. Stopped for gas about 7:30 this morning at Krogers in Carolina Forest when I notice the open sign at Gino’s Real NY pizza. When I drove up to the store there’s a sign that they are serving breakfast from 6am- 11am. I parked and went in to find they are serving a two egg sandwich with either bacon, sausage, ham or pork roll. I ordered two eggs scrambled with crispy bacon and added sausage and a hash brown. It took about ten minutes to get my food, and found out they added the hash brown inside the roll (nice) With my first bite I was transported back to New York City where I would get this egg sandwich every morning from a diner. something I never got in NYC was when I added the sausage with the bacon. Their sausage is not a link or patty they’re little sliced rounds and crisped up on the grill but when added to bacon and eggs brought the whole sandwich to another level in flavor town . I do not know the brand coffee they are serving but it’ll give Starbucks Italian roast a run for its money. They also said they’re offering free deliveries. When I said I live down near Forestbrook they said it wouldn’t be problem, just take care of the driver and he or she will deliver between 8-11am

2nd time I’ve tried this place, first time was average at best.

The pizza is mediocre. I asked for it to be done in, for drinks, sat down with my son and waited for 2 other tables to get their pizza before me. Then realized they boxed it up and put it on top the oven. No big deal. I asked for it to be well done and extra thin. That seemed to be okay until I tasted a pepperoni. It was raw. The pepperoni should be slightly crispy or at least cooked enough to tell. It tasted exactly like they took a cheese pizza that was sitting in the window where they take slices and threw some pepperoni on top and heated it up. This makes it super greasy and the pepperoni is undercooked which is horrible. I HATE when places do that. He claimed they didn’t do that and I didn’t witness it. But, if not, that’s even worse because somehow it still came out undercooked.

He refused me a refund and put the same pizza back in the oven where it came out mediocre still… I’ll take the L…

If you want real New York style pizza try Andy’s famous Pizza in North Myrtle Beach. And no I don’t work for them or have any affiliation whatsoever. They’re just closed on Sunday and that’s why I went to a different place.

The pizza at this location has been consistently good everytime and in my opinion is superior compared to the one in forestbrook. The Lunch special is the way to go if you have time to sit down and eat. They have a lot of good specialty pies readily available. Would give 5 stars, except for the location in Carolina Forest which is an absolute cluster to get in and out of during the day.

This is a review of one thing, the breakfast sammich. Not having anywhere local that does a traditional bacon, egg and cheese this is a treat.

According to the business the rolls are shipped in from NY. That makes all the difference. They were well put together and worth going back again.
