If I could give no stars I would the guy at the drive this morning at 10:20 am was very rude and handed me my coffee very aggressively. There was coffee on the top of my cup and coffee at the bottom. I am not sure if this was a dirty cup, but I will not return. I will just go to the Dunkin’ Donuts in the Walmart. At least they are a little bit more nicer.

I went in this morning. The guy with the red hair was not very friendly. He barely said hello or thank you, I don’t like the customer service. The manager is really nice, but just because the driveway is busy that does not mean you neglect the experience with the people inside..

Yeah, I came and drive-through. My order was taken promptly. I noticed that cars were being pulled up and the lady in the drive-through that was taking the orders was also running out to take the cars their orders. I did see other people in the store. She also did my order the same way. Her name was Kirby and I just felt like she needed a special shout out to nothing wrong with going over and beyond however, teamwork is essential. Special shout out to Kirby for making sure that I didn’t spend forever in that drive-through line on my way to work!

Walked in to make sure I could substitute turkey sausage for the bacon I asked the cashier she said yes and asked another employee who was making the sandwich and she said she would. Once I had waited for about 5 minutes the manager asked me about my order I told her my order and she quickly said we can’t do that. And then offered the meal without the turkey sausage for the same price. I was then Refunded my money and went elsewhere. The manager clothes was food stained and the store wasn’t very clean

I understand that it’s thanksgiving and all but if you’re going to be open then you need to be open fully and attend the customers that do come. Instead y’all blocked the drive through with your own cars so that people wouldn’t be able to put orders in. That is so unprofessIonal and I really hope upper management sees this and comps your pay for the day. If you weren’t going to work then just close the store.

This morning October 22, 2025 at about 5:25-5:30AM I ordered a small ice matcha through the drive-thru. When I got my matcha I immediately knew it wasn’t made right it looked and tasted like the powder was mixed with water and not milk and they just added the sweetened pumps. So when I went in I was met with the white girl on the shift, also was a black girl with I guess hazel eyes and a white boy at the window. This white girl had the worst attitude at 5:30 in the morning. I get it, it’s early and the last thing you want is a unsatisfied customer coming back in but if the drink was made right the first time it wouldn’t have had to happened. I get matcha from this location all the time and when I said I wanted my drink made a certain type of way the white girl was so unprofessional and not even trying to explain procedures or anything just a nasty attitude having ahh girl. Either she should not be on the morning shift or she needs to be retrained on customer etiquette!.

One of our favorite spots to stop at. We love Dunkin donuts unfortunately this Location stays congested because a traffic, But doesn’t stop Us from coming here. Overall we’ve always had pretty good service.

I’m sorry I put in one star because of the service is really really bad. Their coffee is cold. That’s for the hot coffee actually and their drive-through that corner too tight. You always hit your tire on the side of the block.

Trying to park in their parking lot is very difficult. Very limited parking and very hard to turn around. The drive-thru is almost as bad. My coffee has been hit or miss on quality. Sometimes it taste like dog water other times it is on point.

We were not very impressed by this location. The staff was unaware that not everyone places their orders online and need to be greeted when walking up to the counter. The screens to order from looked very dirty.
