In 1979, the Perry family opened its first restaurant: a modest meat market in Houston called Perry’s Butcher Shop and Deli. By 1986, Chris Perry persuaded his father Bob to add dining tables, paving the way for an expansion, which quickly gained popularity among loyal customers. Chris was then inspired to continue the family’s legacy, and went on to create Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille® in 1993. Now one of the country’s premier, award-winning steakhouses with locations in Denver, Chicago, Birmingham, Miami, Nashville and across Texas, Perry’s remains true to its neighborhood butcher shop roots with top quality selection and service.

We had a fantastic experience at Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille – Cool Springs. Mark ordered Perry’s famous pork chop, and it absolutely lived up to the reputation—perfectly cooked, incredibly tender, and packed with flavor.
From start to finish, everything was spot on: great atmosphere, attentive and professional service, and beautifully presented dishes. It’s the kind of place that consistently delivers a polished, upscale dining experience without feeling stuffy.
Perry’s Cool Springs never disappoints. Highly recommend for a special night out or when you’re craving a top-tier meal. We’ll definitely be back.

Perry’s was a great steakhouse with a lot of options!
Alex, our server, was very knowledgeable and helpful with navigating through the menu.
I highly recommend the Pork Appetizer, it was the highlight of the meal.
The French Onion was very sweet and has the addition of shaved garlic that gives it a unique spin on a classic.
The atmosphere is great with a grand bar and window looking into the kitchen.
Next time I’m in Franklin, I will be stopping in.

Abby was great! She was attentive and great service! Food was amazing. Ribeye came out perfect and hands down one of the best steaks I’ve had, probably ever! Ambience was amazing and great vibes. Very romantic if you get a seating at the patio. Didn’t have reservation, but was instantly seated. Top steakhouses in the Nashville/Franklin Area hands down, would 100% recommend to everyone. Drinks were great (Pineapple Mojito and Moscato)

The food was very amazing probably the best steak i had ever! Me and my boyfriend came here for our 3 year anniversary! We traveled from memphis/collierville , Tennessee. Now we are in our early twenties and finding ourselves to love fine dining and new culinary experience so we love trying new restaurants. We came in on a Saturday night and seemed crowded and I didn’t know the restaurant set up before coming. The first table we sat at was a booth and chair situation by other couples so i asked to get moved to the patio to be secluded. They made this accommodation quick and easy which i am so grateful for because the patio was wonderful! Sat right next to the fire and enjoyed dinner! My only “complaint” would be service, honestly! I honestly don’t even think our waitress told us her name it was a very straight forward service from her to sum it up. A lot of times dining experiences can be a total hit or miss as many other younger people and or minority people know due to certain factors and things people have said that comes with serving us and i hate that very much so. I do believe service sets the tone for a great dining experience and great outcome from the people dining.

This is a great steakhouse in the Franklin Cool Springs area with an upscale modern look and vib that is open for dinner and also for lunch on Fridays. Parking is easy using their valet or you can self-park in their lot. The main menu has great selections including options beyond steak such as salmon and pork chop. For me, I love the Perry’s signature pork chop…it is truly fabulous and it is presented and sliced table side. I enjoy that so much. In addition they have special menu offerings for seniors which are an excellent value. I think Perry’s also has similar offerings for first responders and miltary. Their seasonal pumpkin cheesecake cake was very good and enjoyed it will it lasted.

Perry’s is an upscale restaurant that delivers. They are known for their pork chops even though they are a steakhouse. Amazing combination of flavors in their food with great service. The lunch menu is the same as the dinner one in most cases, just a smaller portion, buy don’t let that discourage you, it was still a lot of food and still amazing. It was nice to see the same servers work there after 5 years of being open.

The Steakhouse Smorgasbord was a standout, offering a delicious sampling of expertly prepared meats and sides.
The whipped potatoes were an indulgent highlight—creamy, smooth, and the perfect complement to the rest of the meal. And dessert? The Rocky Road bread pudding was the perfect sweet ending—warm, gooey, and decadently satisfying.
