I frequent here, and have never once had a bad experience. The staff is absolutely to thank for that, Every single person that works here is friendly, fast, and exceptional at their given duty. No matter if you go early in the day, or late at night, you will get the same quality customer service. I would drive out of my way to go to this particular subway, if I had to.

Second time ordering and they dont listen to instructions and put less salad fixing on sandwiches the pizza eas do hard. And why do they ask for a tip so confused. It’s their job. And they are not friendly. New to area n it’s worth to go elsewhere.

I love subway, I haven’t been there in a few months. My husband and I went in and ordered. The young man was making our subs then suddenly went to the cash register and was pushing buttons, didn’t remove his gloves when was finished with the register he came back and started back making our subs. He did take his gloves off after messing with the register.. we said something to him that he should change is gloves, he just continued to make our subs. I was so grossed out I had to leave with no subs in hand. I will not be going back. Makes me think how long we’re those gloves on for and why didn’t he change them after we mentioned to him that, that wasn’t exceptable not changing his gloves. The young man didn’t care about our concerns on his nasty gloves. I am not the complaining type, I work in the food industry. To me this is just not right.

Traveling back to Jackson from Baldwin today we stopped at this location and I must say the ladies working not only the subway, but the gas station were topped notch I don’t think I’ve ever received such great service At a Subway restaurant ever they deserve all the recognition That come with giving excellent customer service way to go ladies You rock.

Leaving this review as a former subway employee with over a year of experience. One: the instructions are never followed, sandwich is never toasted. Two: everytime I come in the employees are slow to greet & acknowledge that you’re there. They look, look away then decide to acknowledge you. Very slow paced even in times when it’s busy. I had a mobile order of two simple very plain sandwiches, showed up & they weren’t even near done with two people working, they had two customers in line which then turned to 7 as they struggled to make the two sandwiches. I’ve handled lunches + dinner rushes solo with very minimal difficulty. So I’m not understanding why the pace is so slow. Even the placement of things on sandwiches is done in speeds that compare to snails. From what I’ve noticed it’s just a very slow paced staff that fails to meet basic fast food & customer service requirements. If there was another subway around I’d go there.

My boyfriend went in to get my and the lady didn’t toast it until she was done with everything so my bread was soggy everything was hot on my sub like my pickles Mayo and lettuce. My sub was also really flat and not good at all. Might have been the lady making it Bc I’ve had good service before
