My family met other family members from out of state for breakfast. The service in the dining area was wonderful and pleasant. To accommodate our family we had to combine several tables together, which was no problem for us. However we did have difficulty hearing the conversation from the other end of the tables. The dining room area isn’t very large, so unfortunately we had the noise of the morning customers who were currently ordering blurring our own conversations with family out. Food was hot and satisfying, however my biscuit was a bit dry for a bacon melt. Overall we were able to get a bite of breakfast with family, unfortunately to catch up with them we stood in the cold parking lot and finished our conversation and made plans for the day. We decided that our next gathering will be somewhere else so we are able to have decent conversations.

I finally decided to try this place while we were having our vehicle serviced and it was amazing. The pricing was really competitive, the portions were large considering the small biscuit and gravy was the size of the tray. I couldn’t recommend this place enough, if you haven’t given Suzi’s a shot please do. If I want to get breakfast I’m going to go here again for sure.
The service was also great and the food came out quick. There’s always a line around the building and I see why now.

This is an amazing customer service eatery! Close to the interstate ramps and lodging. Gas close by and shopping. Great staff and so friendly! Excellent biscuits & gravy. We added on a few eggs scrambled! Yummy! Have I said how kind the staff is?? Upselling on lunch items along with bfast! Can’t say enough good things about this fellow independent restaurant! Outside seating as well!

I had to take a moment and highlight the extremely pleasant experience I had @ Suzi’s in South Charleston Friday September 5, 2025. I thought the establishment still closed @ 2pm as this used to be their closing hours. Not only did the ladies holler at me as I was walking away, they made sure I ordered, as I was not going to order that close to them closing and wanting to get out of there. I, of all people, understand when closing time is just a few minutes away you go elsewhere. They did not make me feel like I was in the wrong and not only got me my food in a timely manner, (which was phenomenal as always and not microwaved or rushed) but were extremely kind and polite. There were 4 ladies there in total I believe and they all deserve notoriety & a pat on the back.

Y’all really need to change these dumb open hours. Like genuinely it’s so confusing. I get it, you’re a small business, but thats no excuse for closing at weird hours. Other than that, decent food, I like the French toast although it is a little sweet, and I do prefer biscuits and gravy. and every time I order a drink other than sweet tea they almost never have it in stock, which is disappointing.

Loved this place and wish it was in my home city! No frills simple breakfast with a HUGE biscuit and tasty gravy at a very affordable price. Very busy the entire time I Was there. Would not recommend for folks that like pretentious barn wood/edison light foodie places, but if you want a filling and tasty breakfast you need to go here.

Excellent breakfast sandwiches on very large biscuits, bagels, etc. I had the egg, cheese and bacon biscuit. It was ovrrstuffed and big! It was made with real eggs….not that powders stuff that uou get in some fast food places. Lunch served also….like burgers, BLT’s. Good EZ parking or drive through. Super friendly staff, and you’ll find this place very clean!
1/7/2026: We went for breakfast and this restaurant has the biggest, freshest biscuits in the territory. They’re most delicious, too. I had the BLT with egg, bacon, tomato’s, and lettuce. OMG! It was sooooo tasty and good. It was like eating a breakfast and lunch sandwich, but delicious! And, the sandwich was loaded with a PILE of fresh bacon! The Missus had a bacon and egg biscuit. It was also piled with lots of bacon, and again, fresh eggs made just right.
You can get biscuits and gravy and a plethora of other breakfast dishes (see my video below of the menu board). If you’re visiting, or just passing through, you should make Suzi’s a regular stop. This is one breakfast or lunch resturant that all the locals go to and I highly recommend it!

Ordered 2 biscuit sandwiches bacon egg and cheese. The total was just under $17. I could got the same thing at about the same quality at McDonald’s for 6 bucks. Ridiculous prices for common fare in the area. This place got popular because they had good food at good prices, now it’s slipping and had been for awhile.

The reason being is the Biscuit they are known for there oversized soft fluffy melt in your mouth flaky biscuit which you can have it your way
