The service and food are great. But their trees and bushes as you enter the drive thru are overgrown. I have mentioned it multiple times and management does not seem to care. No one wants car damage because the property is not taken care of. I would caution anyone going thru the drive thru.

She greeted me with a warm smile, took the time to understand my preferences, and recommended a delicious smoothie that perfectly suited my taste and my nutrition needs. the quality of the smoothie was outstanding. I watched my personal favorite smoothie blend being made. It was made with fresh ingredients, blended to perfection, and had a great balance of flavors. The workers are polite and kind, however I think a lot of them are new right now and still figuring things out. Past few times we’ve been there the ice isn’t blended all the way and a particularly memorable time they put in so much espresso concentrate into the smoothie it was rendered undrinkable (we didn’t go back immediately because this was taken to a person 30 minutes away).

Smoothies are good, but expensive. Longer wait than usual today. Lady at the window had to ask what we ordered after we’d been sitting about 5 minutes. They seemed to have lost track of who had ordered what, despite the fact she had the receipt in her hand.

Every time I go to this location they mess my order up…one time I was double charged..2 times now I’ve order sweet smoothies…I get unsweet..one time I ordered strawberry and got some kinda coconut..don’t even no what it was..I go on my lunch break which is right before they close so my chances of getting it fixed are not in my favor because they close before I get back. I just go to sonic now.
