Most disgusting experience of my life. We were served 4 raw burgers. 4 OF THEM!!!!! Like how do you mess up that much?? They also refuse to refund our money or accommodate us even though this was a food health and safety issue and we have reported it already to the town of Milton. STAY AWAY!!!! unless you want cold uncooked burgers with zero taste

This place is a hit or miss but lately more miss. Not only does this place cost more than any other burger joint now they give less. I recommend if you do come to eat here don’t add bacon as they can’t even give you a full strip (picture provided). Service is also hit and miss depends on who you get.

Went back today. Ordered and paid for the pickle poutine. Had the cheese, gravy, garlic sauce just not the pickles lol seemed like drive thru is prioritized as Uber Eats.
I don’t ever use the drive thru at this location. Always issues with the order. I ordered the buffalo chicken meal. They had no pickles, ok that happens. I asked for extra lettuce, extra tomatoes and harveys sauce. Thats it. I got 1 slice of tomatoes and a little bit of lettuce. Save yourself the disappointment in the drive thru or dont even bother. This was disappointing…. again.

Watched them make our order as well as many others and tons of Uber orders. Was really impressed with how they worked together efficiently and what I think was the manager was working hard well giving guidance to what seemed to be a newer employee. Great job!

If I could give 0 stars I would. First of all I went through the drive thru and ordered a jr burger with specific toppings for my son.
Get home open the burger and three toppings are missing plus the jalapeños are all end pieces that are clearly old.
I called and they said a truck never came with toppings… but nobody stated that in the drive thru window. Also laughed then said the most she can do is give me an apple pie not even a replacement burger.

Very convenient location as it just a couple of minutes away from the 401. Instead of a takeaway, we decided to eat in. The staff is very energetic and friendly. Understanding our order to be vegetarian and vegan and would try not to cross contaminate.
The vegan burgers very predictable as with most Harvey’s locations. That predictability is good as we rely on it. The toppings were nicely made available and made the burger even better. The fries and onion rings were fresh.
Wish Harvey’s had more vegan options.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! This happened on feb 19, 2025 1pm. i missed the speaker at the drivethru, there was no one behind me and the lady working still told me to go back around. I come back there’s 3 cars ahead of me, she made it difficult for me to order asking me to repeat and cant hear me. I ask for everything on my burger except for mustard, she says in a rude tone “mustard doesn’t come on everything. I then get my food both orders are wrong (only lettuce tomato pickles) and tasted cold and disgusting. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!! the owner should really look into the staff they hired and the way they handle food. Absolutely unacceptable, unhygienic.

Terrible food. Soggy chicken nuggets. This shouldn’t be sold to kids. Looks like it’s been stored for a long time. Also very small portions.
