Average food. It’s wild that they nickel and dime you over sauce. If you get onion rings or the big thing of tiny tacos they will only give you one sauce each. I’m sorry but that’s wild. Then they charge you way too much money for additional sauce. I mean I get not wanting to be wasteful but don’t ruin my dining experiance because you are forcing me to eat this dry food without sauce because I don’t want to spend another dollar on ranch that I can get at the store for cheaper and get more of. You guys make enough money gouging me the first time for the food so give me the dang sauce that goes with it! Don’t hold it hostage or tell me no when I’m specific on one or 2 more like really? Do better. But on the bright side, when ordering food, I specifically said everything but mustard several times when I got sandwiches one day then got home to discover the tragic news that they had mustard (you can’t wipe mustard off.. you can always taste it no matter what you do ugh)…. I went back later they didn’t give me any trouble to replace them but I had a bad feeling and checked before I got home this time, just to find that dreaded mustard again… so I turned around and the guy laughed because he already knew he messed up and made me 2 more burgers without trouble so that was nice. Accountability is nice. Thanks for that!

Did not appreciate the Manager chastising his employee in front of us. He scolded her, then made the exact same mistake that she did. He could not even figure out his mistake when we were charged for items we didn’t order. Simple math was not so simple for him. So sad.

It’s been almost 20 years since I had Jack in the Box. It was delicious. I got the Bacon Smash Burger with Curly Fries. It was hot and fresh. Every burger and fries that we ordered was fresh. The kids enjoyed their chicken strips. Their house sauce was pretty good too.

Terrible experience at Jack in the Box. The food was absolutely horrible — we couldn’t even finish it and ended up throwing it away. The burger was cold, like it had been sitting out, and the tacos were smashed flat like a panini. Definitely not what we expected. Won’t be coming back.

I had one of those free meal coupons from bad past experiences, and this location refused to accept them because they were franchise. Nothing on the coupon said anything about that. Disappointed but the food was good.

Hullo everyone, I ordered the special T-Carter Pain meal as a reward for my viewers via DoorDash, as the food comes to the King, the King does not come to the food, don’t you get it. Well the taco was robust but can you believe it had CHEESE sticking out! What idiot can’t make a taco , they leave it with CHEESE hanging out , well it had too much grease for me, so I decided to eat an emergency snack pizza. Well my wife heard I didn’t eat it so she ran upstairs to get my leftovers and wow I have not seen her move so far in 5 years it shuck my camera set up , she and my beloved family member Jasper enjoyed it. My viewers did enjoy watching me drink the soda.
