I loved taking my kids here after school to eat and I went yesterday with my kids and there were so many homeless people in there. I wouldn’t have mind but this one man walked up to me with my kids asking for money he had a pee bag with him and he smelled really bad it just really grossed us out and we will not be back there.

I was really hyped up to get a decent value for a breakfast until I was charged $.55 for a water. They don’t tell you this unless you catch it. I have been a resident of Irving, Texas my entire life and have never been charged for tap water. The manager said it was a business practice to pay for the plastic cups that fills up our landfills every day. Not even offered a paper cup that McDonalds didn’t even stock.
This practice is greedy and has changed my patronage to visit McDonald in the future.
Give us a break from greed for a change.

My wife and I sto purchase some Apple pies The young lady that took our order said they were ready Several minutes have passed and I asked why are we still waiting For our pies your favorite ready The manager said that they had just finished baking When received the pies they were not dated So that led Need to believe that the tip logs were not filled out properly. We walked out got in the car and I told my wife I better check these pies and and I’m glad I did because these eyes were still uncooked they were cold in the middle they weren’t even carameli went back inside Explain it to the manager and then she said was have a nice day I asked for a refund She was upset I showed her the pies she gave me my refund and she said have a nice day. no apology, no accountability for selling us under cooked food. She just said have a nice day In a very condescending tone. I can see now that this is not an isolated incident for this location and the food safety log book should audited because this is a food safety violation

I’m standing in line behind a gentleman, when this cashier completely ignored me as if I wasn’t standing directly behind the gentleman to be helped. She walked away instead of asking if I need anything. It’s so sad how these McDonald’s operate every since this machine was created. It’s like they don’t do customer service anymore. Before you walk away you’re trained to ask every customer “May I Help You”, please corporate this McDonald’s have seem to forgot what customer service means. Retraining for the whole Spanish speaking AM crew who you can’t communicate with because there all so busy to see you standing there.
