I pulled up here for nothing. I went for my lunch break to try it out. I ordered a #5 combo with a milkshake. I was only disappointed at first when they said the ice cream machine was down but that part wasn’t a big deal. My real problem is that I had to sit for so long waiting on my order that I ended up having to leave hungry so I could get back to work on time. Their whole thing is cold refreshments wand food served fast. I got neither. I’m definitely letting people know that they’d have better luck watching grass grow.

Man don’t even stop here. The mics barely work at the drive through, I dont even think the stalls work. I ordered a limeade slush and received a soda. My brother ordered a strawberry cheesecake shake to which they said they didn’t have any cheesecake. When he received it not only had chocolate but a disgusting texture. 0/10 would not ever go here again.

So the one star is for the owners of the company. I ordered my food in the app tonight, and arrived to the location 5 minutes later. I had to wait 30 minutes to get my food. The problem was not the workers, it was the lack of workers. There was one poor lady taking and bringing out orders. She had to work drive through and stalls all by herself. I think there was only 1 guy in the kitchen (that I could see). Hire more workers! There should have been at least 2 people, 3 in case someone calls in.

I had ordered the trick or treat chocolate blast and the first time it was not full. There was a good bit missing. We went back and they were nice enough to redo it but when I got home I noticed that about half of the blast was just plain vanilla ice cream. I don’t know if it is supposed to be like that or if it just was not mixed properly but I was definitely expecting the whole thing to be chocolate with the candy all mixed in.

Ordered cheese sticks very fresh very hot didn’t mind that I got hot oil on my lip cause that just tells me it’s very fresh and the cheese pull on the mozzarella was really good which me and my daughter enjoyed and the tenders are way better at this location then others I had and fully cooked!

I honestly wish i could give this place zero stars. I am here with absolutely no one here. I pulled up to the drive through, nothing said. Waiting and waiting still nothing. So i pulled up to a stall and pushed the button. I then 10 minutes later see a car pull in the drive through and get helped IMMEADITELY. I pulled in the drive through after that and still waited 10 more minutes to get helped. I ordered my food ANOTHER 15 min after the carhop walked out with my DRINK then walked back in to go sit on her phone some more. She finally gave me my drink.

Ordered my food through the app at 11:50am Checked in at 12:02pm. Waited 45 minutes before moving too a stall with a call button. Extremely pissed off at this point. Burger was cold, ice cream was melted, ice in the drink was melted. Server said she forgot to bring me my order. Asked for a replacement ice cream you know Ice cream is meant to be eaten not drank and was refused. Yes I’m yelling and pissed off because there’s no point in having to wait that long. Seems like every time I go it’s a super long wait. I always order through the app too avoid waiting. There’s several times I order a simple slushy at the end of my work day and end up waiting 30 minutes after I check in.

My order wasn’t delivered by my uber eats driver so I contacted uber eats for a refunded I received my refund my daughter really wanted sonic as well did I so I replaced the same exact order 20 mins pass I notice I received a different driver multiple times I contacted sonic and asked was they sending my drivers off they said yes I asked why I was told it looked suspicious so I explained what happened and the customer service was horrible they sent another driver off so I called again and they refusing to make my order my daughter wanted sonic and I just feel I wasnt helped or serviced well
