Whoa! Im liking this place! We started with lettuce wraps and that could be your main meal. I use to eat these at PFChangs and if you know, you know how good they are. LEONG’S are great!! So good! I got a level 3 spicy on my chicken & it was very flavorful without burning your throat. I love spicy foods so I might try a level 5 next time But the people working there are smart & friendly and the food was delicious! We will return again. Side note: crab ragoons can be added to your meal or appetizer but they were super good.

Tried several dishes here. Based on remembering GEE’s on sunshine. The Cashew chicken was really good , sweet and sour pork as well. Beef and shrimp fried rice was excellent. Egg foo young was disappointing. Egg rolls had a bit too much peanut butter. The Wong tons had a great flavor and they have plum sauce which is awesome.

The OG of all cashew chicken! This was a staple every weekend in my household growing up in the 80s. Every time I come back to Springfield, I always get an order of cashew chicken and this original dish did not disappoint. Great service! Super fun atmosphere plus they have two small private rooms or you can convert into one big room that host up to 50 people. You can have buffet style in that room or order individually. Again amazing service. Would recommend. Will come again.!

I was told that this restaurant was really great about food allergies and I called and mentioned my alpha allergy several times to the server that took my order and double checked that their cashew sauce was OK for me to eat and they confirmed three times that it was. I get my food all the way home And there is absolutely no sauce or breading on my cashew chicken. So, as a previous server myself, I get that servers get frustrated when someone keeps mentioning their allergy, but it’s because it is sometimes life-threatening so if you have any allergies or need modifications to an order, I would skip this restaurant. I spent $20 on plain chicken and steamed rice, when I was told this was the best Chinese restaurant in town.

Came to try the Cashew Chicken, that I learned was this restaurant’s invention from the documentary “The Search for General Tso”. However, I was disappointed by the small portion size given how much they charged for the dish. The food tasted pretty good however.

A friend of ours told us to check this place out, as the owner made the 1st cashew chicken. They were very busy, but our server was very direct and didn’t seem very happy.
The cashew chicken was very good though, & my husband had the Asian salad which he enjoyed.

We have eaten here several times. I always get the general chicken, hot with fried rice and an egg roll. The food always comes out hot, the chicken is tender and the vegetables are fresh.

Prices went up…again! Most definitely not worth the money. The food is maybe mediocre on its best day. This time, I ordered chicken fried rice: $10.99 lunch size. The fried rice was not fried but more mushy and lack of flavor big time. More like boiled rice with vegetables and meat. Couldn’t finish it. Trash. I also ordered spring rolls: $7.99 for three. That’s just crazy ridiculous price for three spring rolls. Over cooked on the outside but not quite done in the center. Didn’t eat them. Trash. Finally, the sweet and sour chicken ($12.45 lunch) my daughter ordered was good to her so I can’t complain on that. The inside has dust and spider webs everywhere. Clean bathroom. Overall, the food is nasty, the people are so sweet and kind and the prices are sky high. I won’t be back and I won’t recommend this place. I’m just being honest. I’ll post pictures.
