Well short version, the got my order wrong, we went back and then they got it wrong again. To make it worse it’s Monopoly month and we didn’t even get the monopoly wrapping on 2 of the 4 items. I am pretty sure they are just pocketing it and stealing them.
Long version,
We order using the McDonald’s app. We order
2 hash browns
1 Sausage Egg Biscuit
1 Sausage, Egg & Cheese McGriddle
We pulled up and gave the code, took two tries and then we got to the second window they handed it to us and didn’t even say anything. Okay that’s fine, so be it. So we drive off and then the realize one, they gave us the 2 hashbrowns and Sausage, Egg & Cheese McGriddle, but the Sausage Egg Biscuit was actually a Sausage Cheese Biscuit. So we turn around and drive back.
Then we tried to explain in English and the person tried to actually add Sausage Egg Biscuit and a Sausage Cheese Biscuit to our order. She didn’t understand so my wife asked if she spoke Spanish and then explained it in Spanish. So we pulled up and showed them the order in the app and the cashier and manager didn’t to seem to understand for some reasons what the issue was. So after some back and forth the said okay pull up and we will get the right one. So we pull forward and after a min the manager hands us the order and side eyes us. As if it was our fault they made it wrong.
So we drive off again which was a mistake. I decided to let it cool down and then once we got to the main road opened it and it was same wrong order !!! To make it worse they still didn’t give us the monopoly wrapping! In the app we specifically bought from the monopoly section as you can see in the pictures.
What makes me the most upset is not only did they waste our time, we had order ahead to save time and ended up with 2 wrongs order and not all the monopoly spaces because they are stealing them. We got awful service and it didn’t matter what language we said it in. Idk how I can get a refund because a sausage cheese biscuit is way less than a sausage egg biscuit.

No English speakers at all. Came here at 3 am to do a door dash order and got rudely yelled at in Spanish because I said I couldn’t understand what they were saying and they said something as I was leaving loudly that sounded horribly rude! I’m shocked that in an English speaking country this business puts somebody who speaks no English at the fricken window… like who does that…. What the heck. I have never seen that before where I’m from. Anyway this place should be ashamed. The wait times are over an hour at night and the people staffing this location could care less about anything they do. Whoever owns or manages this franchise needs a serious mental health checkup. They should never have been put in charge of a business! I highly recommend you lecture your staff about being rude to customers and I highly recommend management comes out at night and see how their little business is being run into the dang ground…. Stop putting non English speakers in customer facing roles like come on now.

First of all it smelled like accumulated trash, second of all, they weren’t wearing heart protection, third of all they got my order completely wrong, fourth of all I saw an employee with not too curly but curly hair scratching his head and didn’t even washed his hands, six of all you go in and the first thing you see on the floor is trash it looks like no one cleans it, seventh of all they are too slow it took them 20 minutes to make a double cheeseburger and a strawberry smoothie and they even got it wrong, gave me attitude, and it stink. If I were yall I wouldn’t go to this location, I also feel like every McDonald’s Employee should wear hair protection to cook there or anywhere in fast food restaurants.

I’m not one to usually complain, but my recent experiences at McDonald’s have been consistently disappointing. Despite ordering and paying for sauces, and even seeing them noted on my receipt, I’m consistently left without them. This has happened on no less than fifteen separate occasions. It’s frustrating to have the order acknowledged at the screen, only to be forgotten when I receive my meal. I hope management addresses this issue soon.

Ordered a mcgriddle and a big breakfast through door dash. Only got the big breakfast and a bare sausage patty at the bottom of the bag, no wrapper or anything. Got the refund but still, how do you miss a whole sandwich but throw a bare piece of meat in the bag?

I went to ask for the bathroom very politely and respectfully. The woman dressed in a green shirt approached and, with a sour face and a bad mood, said, “ay vaya!” Then she only held the button down for about five seconds. I couldn’t get in. Then I heard her say, “y esta,” like that in Spanish. Honestly, every time I go shopping, I have a bad experience with the employees. They always take orders with a bad attitude. If I couldn’t give them one star, I wouldn’t.

Always busy so they are slower then normal. Lobby was nice and clean and pretty quite. Kids didn’t complain so food must of been good.

Food and staff are fine. The reason for the 2 stars is because of the constant barrage of homeless people camping out at the drive thru window.

If I could give no stars I would. This is by far the worst McDonald’s location EVER! The service is extremely slow? How about not getting service after sitting at the drive thru window for 5 minutes without a “good morning we’ll be right with you”. I’ve worked a job like this it’s not hard ♀️ other days where I do get service it’s extremely slow and they’re always having you pull off to the side and wait for your order even if you’re the only car in the drive thru.
