I had an amazing experience at this IHOP thanks to our waitress, Giselle. I came in with my 7-year-old daughter, and from the moment we were seated, Giselle made us feel so welcomed. She was incredibly kind, full of energy, attentive, and genuinely funny, which made our visit even more enjoyable. She was great with my daughter and kept us smiling the entire time. She also gave me a compliment that I truly appreciated and made my day. Overall, Giselle is hands down the best waitress I’ve had at any IHOP I’ve been to. Her positive attitude and excellent service really stood out, and we’ll definitely remember this visit because of her.

Our waitress, Kimberly, was hands down the BEST server we’ve ever had at IHOP. She was so friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. Outstanding experience at IHOP — Neida made our morning
This morning my son and I had one of the best IHOP visits we’ve ever had.
Our server, Neida, was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we sat down she was warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive. She handled several special requests and substitutions with total patience and a great attitude, and she was especially kind and accommodating with my son. You can tell she truly cares about her guests.
The food was exceptional. I ordered the poblano omelet with a few substitutions and extra sauce, and it was honestly the best omelet I’ve ever had at IHOP. Perfectly cooked, full of flavor, loaded up, and exactly how I asked for it.
Between Neida’s service and the kitchen’s execution, the entire experience was smooth, relaxed, and enjoyable. We left smiling and already talking about coming back.
If you’re in the area, ask for Neida — she turned an ordinary breakfast into a really memorable one.

This was my second time ever at this IHOP location, and I was just amazed. The atmosphere, I could say, was excellent, the food was out of this world, and the service was just so immaculate, I would say. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at an IHOP! The server was the best that we have ever attended to us as she was actually very quick to ask for refills, get our order out, and so much more. She made me feel welcomed to this IHOP for a second time, she had the best energy, and she even helped us decide what a perfect breakfast was. This waitress was Giselle, and she was making constant jokes which, may I say, were absolutely funny. She was hands down the best waitress ever, as she was extremely nice, we had to leave a good tip AND a perfect review. I would give this girl a RAISE! If she’s reading this, Giselle, you’re the best waitress, keep it up!!
