I stopped by this Taco Bell and unfortunately did not have a great experience. While the lobby was a mess, I was willing to overlook that since it appeared to be busy. However, the staff was unfriendly.
I ordered the new Nacho Fry Bowl without pico, but it was made incorrectly. When I approached the counter to have it remade, it took a while just to even be acknowledged. The employee I spoke to responded with a condescending “Yes?” and, after I explained the issue, replied, “So you want it remade?” with clear attitude.
Customers deserve basic respect. Especially when you aren’t aware of what they may be allergic to or what their dietary needs may be.

Everytime I get a taco that looks like this, it is made by the lady who is the night manager. It has happened at least 3 times now over a fairly short period. She doesn’t have a pleasant attitude.
I am tired of receiving food made like this, and I will request a refund each and every time it happens from now on. It is such a waste of my time, energy and money!
Your nightime manager is going to ruin your restaurant, don’t be surprised if your store starts losing a lot of revenue, it’s her who makes these crappy, half filled food items and gets an attitude when you tell her you’re not happy with the product. By the rest of these reviews posted, it’s time to wake up Taco Bell and make that change in management.

The last 2 photos are of my taco supreme that they made for a 3rd time on a different day. Can you see the sour cream, it’s a tiny smidgen? First time wrong order, second time wrong order, 3rd time…this! …still wrong!

It’s usually hard to review a Taco Bell, unless something went wrong. But this location (staff) deserves some appreciation.. all smiles, all upbeat, very quick workers..

Service has always been great, I will no longer be going to Taco Bell ever again however. Replacing a sauce with another sauce in your food now costs an extra 70 cents. I’m not paying damned near a dollar for a little spurt of sauce in a burrito when it already costs so much more than it should.

I just came thru the drive and ordered. Got home and realized they forgot a taco and the my quesadilla was paper thin and burnt. I sat there and waiting on them to cook it and that’s how I received it. And the sad part is I was the only car in the drive. I’m a manager at a local restaurant and I’d never allow food this low of quality to be received by a customer.

Taco bell is a last ditch effort to fulfill that random 2am hungering. It’s gonna fill you up, it’s gonna taste good, but be prepared for the gastric consequences later. With that in mind, I think this Taco Bell had solid service. They had everything prepared in a good manner. The interior is a little bit unkempt or dirty sometimes, but overall great place to grab some late-night grub.

If I could give a negative star, I would. I’m currently 33 weeks pregnant and my friend so graciously ordered $33 worth of Taco Bell for me and my soon to be family and when we arrived to the establishment they essentially told us they gave our order away already and that we couldn’t get our order and needed to contact corporate. As if we were at fault for their mistake. Regardless of the transactional cost of this circumstance, the physical efforts and lack of respect we were shown is unbelievable. We weren’t offered to place another order and the general attitude of the company was neglectful and irresponsible. The worker tried to blame DoorDash for our pick up order but our order was placed directly with Taco Bell and instead of admitting their fault, they turned us away leaving us hungry and upset for the horrid customer service experience.

Crazy that staff can’t follow simple instructions….. hot sauces rarely ever included in order and it’s always on the order/receipt…. incredibly frustrating especially when you’ve driven 15 minutes away. This has gone on for the past several years. Store owner obviously doesn’t care given this locations low rating.
