After spending half my lunch break trying to figure out how to order (a simple arrow would help everything), I got my food. Pictured is the mound of lettuce I didn’t ask for, along with the receipt showing what my order was. Everything was subpar and put together lazily. The chicken was dry and tasted old. The seats were dirty and the place needed to be swept. The soda poured really weird making the drink all foam, and when that dissipated you were left with flat soda. There are several locations close by, and a million other choices. Save your money and go somewhere else. This is the weakest McDonald’s in the area, and I don’t intend on giving this location another chance. No wonder it is so slow everytime ive came here. Never again.

The McDonald’s app says you’re 24 hours – I drove 10 minutes to find out that no one was there and “you didn’t have any food”. Please fix your app and your store hours on the McDonald’s app. Ridiculous.

Rude, never get your order right… I work near here and sometimes have to order from here for work and they always get your order work. The lady in the morning seems to work alone and looks annoyed at all times so sorry for her but come on why are you giving me a McGriddle when I ordered a biscuit and why am I having to go into lane 2 and wait 15 min for a mcchicken?

Incompetent staff. Waited 30 minutes for a small mobile order and after clarifying that we were indeed at the right address with the manager, they continued to take their time figuring out what happened. It seemed ultimately one of their staff members misplaced all three tickets (somehow.)
They continued to be slow, and finally got us our food without so much as an apology or update. The manager also gave me attitude when she gave me the food. Absolutely unacceptable and I recommend staying far away from this location. What a waste of my time and points from the app.
