Let me start by saying how amazing Janee was. She was professional, polite, and had great communication. We were there with 20ish people for a birthday. The staff was on top of it and so accommodating to the group. Definitely a great atmosphere and will be back again soon. Thank you for taking care of us!

We stopped in for lunch on a Wednesday. It was kind of busy but we got a seat right away. We ordered a couple of appetizers to share. The chicken and steak skewers were pretty good. The grilled cheese and tomato soup were amazing! The service was outstanding. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our lunch.

Aiden was my server and he did a really good job. He understands steps of service. I was having some issues when I was closing my check and, he showed great care and was patient with me. We got everything worked out, and I was much impressed with the care he took. I’ve never been to a postino’s but I definitely will be coming back.

I’ve been a customer now at Postino‘s for five years. My recent visit on Rural Road did not disappoint… The host, Lauren, so pleasant, was able to accommodate me and my family right away. She had great suggestions for the dinner menu. We ordered “Nicks Board”, bruschetta platter, Cesar salad, crispy cauliflower and drinks!!! Everything was delicious and left us content! Oh and don’t forget the donuts!!!! Yum!!!! Great atmosphere and service!!!! Can’t say enough about this amazing staff!!! So upbeat and friendly.

We recently dined at Positinos, and while the food and drinks were truly wonderful, the service left us feeling a bit overlooked.
We were seated within 10 to 15 minutes, which was reasonable. We were placed outside, which we did not mind, but unfortunately it was in the only section without misters. It was a warm evening, and the lack of airflow made it noticeably uncomfortable, though we chose not to make a fuss.
What made the experience more frustrating was the long wait between visits from our server. Our drinks came out at separate times, and part of our order never arrived until we were finally able to ask about it. To their credit, they did bring out the missing dish for free without us asking, which we appreciated.
However, it was strange to watch three other couples be seated after us, place their orders, enjoy their meals, pay, and leave before we had even received all of our food, drinks, or our check. At several points, we could not find our server or flag anyone down for help.
The atmosphere and menu have a lot of potential, and the food itself was great. With a little more attentiveness from the service team, it could have been an excellent experience all around.

We’ve had the best experiences at Postino. They have multiple staff checking in, which I actually love because you’re always taken care of. Gabe has truly stood out to us during our last three visits. He introduced us to the wine club, suggested a delicious wine for my husband and me, and is always attentive and personable. We never feel rushed, and the food is consistently great. Special thanks to the amazing staff, kitchen, and bartenders for always delivering a great experience!

While the food mostly hit the mark—a strong point for the kitchen—the dining atmosphere itself was a struggle. The kitchen should focus on plating consistency; our OMG grilled cheese arrived looking haphazard, almost as if it had been pre-bitten. More critically, the incredibly loud music drowned out any attempt at conversation, turning what should have been a pleasant meal into an exercise in shouting. The service staff, thankfully, were pleasant and efficient despite the noise.

I love this Postinos on Rural Road!!!! From the salads, Panini’s, boards and drinks… It never disappoints. I love the atmosphere and the staff. Everyone is so pleasant, kind, and always efficient. They are always going out of their way to give great suggestions. The food is amazing. The drinks are delicious… You can’t go wrong with anything ordered. I can’t wait to be there again.
