I work down the street, and both myself and several coworkers regularly get lunch here. We have seen many, many people come and go over the years at this location.

However today, I met the current manager, Gunner. And that man is an absolute gem of a human. From the second I ordered to the short conversation he and I had, he was one of the warmest, most genuine, and kind people I have spoken to in quite some time. I feel blessed to have just simply met him briefly.

This might sound dramatic for a fast food review, but keep this guy around. He will be the one to turn this store around if Panda allows him the time. I will come back every day if he sticks around.

Ordered through Uber eats, food was burned and only got half my order. Called the store the kid had a attitude and after explaining to him 3 times that I was at work and couldn’t just come to the store and if they could just re send me a new order he hung up.
Follow up: emailed corporate and they gave me a coupon that doesn’t even work. I’m done using this company all together,
I’ve been going to panda for over 20 years, was once my favorite place and now I’m done. It’s time to let em go

Placed a online order to be picked up at 6pm.
Got a text that it was ready and still had to wait after arriving after 6.
The woman who was getting my order together did not wear gloves and I watched my noodles and chicken be touched my her bare hands after she had been touching everything else in the store including the register.
Really simple things. Yet now I have contaminated food and I’m late to something even though I planned ahead and received a text confirming my order was completed.

We eat at Panda all the time, but always for lunch. We went tonight and did the drive through for the first time. The kung pao my wife ordered was 1/2 the portion Panda normally serves. Also it looked liked at sat out for hours. She just threw it away. My teriyaki chicken was not much better. We will definitely be spending more time at Teriyaki Madness in the future.

Went last week and stood in line for 5 minutes when there was literally one family ahead of me. Meanwhile 2 workers were standing to the side just talking and wasn’t even acknowledged by the manager who saw me waiting. Fast forward to today, order in the driver thru thinking it will be faster, nope. I pull up to the window and sit there as one employee is leaned over the counter just talking to another one and they aren’t even busy at all. I could literally see another customer standing inside at the counter waiting to be acknowledged. The staff is oblivious to customers in there store and are more interested in chatting with each other than working. Also, why the hell isnt anyone in that place wearing gloves?!?

Best franchise in the city! Store was understaffed & waited but the GM did an amazing job accommodating the line & hauling the workload.

I hate to do this but we had to wait to order, went to this window and the lady asked us what our order was and then typed it in. We were then told to go park and wait for our mushroom chicken and when they finally brought it out, they forgot our mushroom chicken.. walked in to tell them and they said they haven’t made any yet. This whole process took almost 30 mins.

I have tried to go to this panda express at least three different times in the past couple weeks one time I went and the lobby was completely closed. Another time I went I stood in line with no one in front of me and no one behind me and the manager didn’t even acknowledge me For 10 minutes, so I just walked out and now this was my third and final attempt. The lobby is closed again and there’s a line of cars through the drive-through so why bother I’ve lived off of Kipling Street for three years now and this panda express has never been Like any other I have been to before do not go to this panda express the food isn’t even good and you can tell that it’s been sitting out for a long time
