My wife and I decided to treat our selves at red lobster and have a glass of wine. I ordered the mariners seafood boil and she ordered the ultimate feast. The seafood boil was very skimpy on food and only had a half of a lobster tail, that was tiny to begin with. The waiter had the kitchen prepare a full tail. All was well there. My wife’s lobster tail was way undercooked. The waiter took it back, and returned with the same lobster tail, saying the cook gave his word that it was cooked and she wouldn’t get sick. The waiter said they cooked it longer, however it was the same raw lobster tail!! Unbelievable. Needless to say, she didn’t eat it. We waited to speak to the manager, which agreed that the lobster was not cooked to a safe temperature. She offered to “make it right” and we thanked her. When the check came the mgr had taken of $17 of my wife’s meal, the cost of the lobster tail. After two entries, totaling over$100 having to be sent back and arguing with the kitchen twice, they offered $17 off our $150 meal. Unbelievable, folks money is not easy to come by these days, and when you spend a weeks worth of grocery money on one meal, and this is what you get, then this place should not be on your list. We were there once before and had a horrible experience and said we wouldn’t be back. But a year or so had passed and we decided to try again, and we were reminded once again why this is a horrible choice in restaurants. Red lobster is an extremely overpriced captain D’s. Captain D’s or long John silvers actually has better food, by a long shot. Steer clear and save yourself the disappointment. One final note, I went to wash up after this debacle, and there wasn’t even a paper towel dispenser in the bathroom. Only a plastic tray from the dollar tree with WET stinky brown towels in it! I can’t believe this place is still open. The lobster pic is of her raw lobster and one that is cooked properly. Spot the difference???

Husband ordered a side Caesar salad with his meal. Pearle made us one to share. So she went above and beyond on the first step…she must have read my mind. I was going to eat his salad if she made it bigger or not. She was attentive to our needs and overall an amazing waitress. The restaurant was on the colder side, which is the only negative I have about our experience tonight.

I went there to celebrate my new job. It was only about 2:30 pm.
Clean quiet, good music just a few other guests at the time.
My waitress was excellent very attentive.
Good though pricier than before was also excellent and hot out of the over cheddar biscuits were best ever pipping hot and delicious. Ended up with a whole meal of leftovers. Worth the visit for my celebration and craving for seafood that day.

I don’t have much to say, this was one of the most flawless restaurant experiences that I can remember ever. Our waitress, India, was one of the best waitresses ive ever has as well. Very accomodating, kind, and professional.. deserved a shout-out.
Very flavorfully food, cooked to perfection and wait time was perfect. Another nice touch is that we were seated in the very back with plenty of space between other diners. Great attention to detail. I also found the restaurant to be very clean, calm, and cozy with good maintenance (no burnt out lights, etc..) Great memorable experience!

Went there for an early Valentine’s dinner. Was there in time for Happy Hour. Lobster flatbread was good, clam chowder was okay, stuffed mushrooms left something to be desired.
Our waiter was terrific. Kept an eye on his tables and kept his customers well stocked.

Our waitress Joy was amazing! She was super funny, relatable and the sweetest. She was really great at recommendations and explaining some confusing menu items to me. I will definitely be returning to hopefully see her again!

I am a seafood lover at heart and red lobster always hits the spot! I usually get the crab because you can never go wrong with crab! I also usually end up eating a whole lemon because of how much I put on the crab. My only complaint is that the butter tastes a little bit off sometimes. Service is also always amazing. Ps. I feel bad for the lobsters in the tank at the front. They never know who’s gonna be the one to eat them. :,( #justiceforthoselobsters

Absolutely wonderful!! Everything was flavorful and cooked to perfection. Our waiter India was just friendly and attentive enough without being overbearing and our entire experience was a delight. It is expensive but worth the occasional visit!
