I took my Grand kids to McDonald’s for lunch. I skipped breakfast and was getting hungry as well, but I never eat at McDonald’s. Well I tried the 1/4 pound burger and fries for the last time ever. Its was inedible. The kids enjoyed their happy meals, of course!

I am a Door Dasher, and had an oder to pick up at 11:45pm Saturday, Feburary 28th. And it was busy. Which happens around noon.
However, the Manager’s answer was to ignore the people in the lobby waiting on their orders amd focus ONLY on drivethrough.
After being there for 10 minutes I started grumbling, and people began talking. One woman had been there longer than me and had only ordered a frappachino. Another lady was missing a cup, but she got tired of waiting and stepped behind the counter and grabbed it after failing to get the manager’s attention several times.
What pushed me to write this was the guy who had waited 10+ minutes with me to get his meal. He came back because they’d missed an item. He tried to get the manager to help him. He ignored him. I tried. He ignored me. And Mr. Manager wasn’t doing anything but walk around the stations trying to look busy.
I finally stepped behind the counter and called to a employee with my “manager” voice — I worked several years as an assistant manager at Little Ceasars.– and said loudly, “This Gentleman is missing an item from his order.” She got him his milk.
I finally got my Dash order after near 15 minutes of waiting. And there were people in line Longer than me who were still waiting when I left.
One more thing:
I had two more dashes to McDinalds. 1:30 and 2pm. And it was still crazy busy, but organized. My guess is someone came on shift and took over. Find out who they are. They know their stuff.
BUT–
McDonald’s, you need to do an inspection at noon, Saturday, and make sure that this is not a pattern. Thank you.

4 stars for the food as it’s fast food, and I’ve gotten a few mutilated orders, but the majority has been great, and they are so kind. Be patient here, and that will be rewarded, if even necessary. Very fast.

Very dirty nobody was wearing a hair net or gloves. It was disgusting watching people touch my food with long hair dangling over it . I had to clean my own table. They didn’t seem busy to me. I did complain to the manager and she was respectful but that doesn’t mean anything.

You’re single person and order a single thing you’re good to go but if you have a family and order a large order be prepared to have your order smashed. Put in one bag. With sauce and flattened burgers everywhere.

The staff was yelling the entire time I was there, I couldn’t tell if they were joking or angry. I could hear them all the way into the bathroom. They gave me a cup that was dirty already and I had to ask for a new one. When I went to the counter to place my order, the guy would just sit and stare at me and say no jokingly I’m assuming, but I wasn’t in the mood honestly. Would not come back ever

These have got to be the slowest people on the planet.All they do is take your order.And then park you in a stall there the rudest inconsiderate people.They need to learn how to push the pretty buttons and get the orders done faster than just parking everybody.It’s called fast food

Ordered triple cheeseburger light ketchup only, this is what I was served. When I went back I asked for another top bun, one manager said she had to throw away my sandwich and make another one, I told her that I would keep this instead of wasting it, she refused and called another manager, neither had name tags and I was asked to leave the store. How they made these two managers is pathetic. I’ve dealt with other managers here that seem to have it together, but these two definitely have no clue about customer service. I hope the big boss sees this. Do better McDonald’s….

I made an online outdoor and chose pickup at the counter. However all of their doors were already closed at that time. We end up waiting in the drive through line for another 30 min and apparently they didn’t get my previous order. The servers were nice and friendly but they didn’t get my order correct. I order 10 nuggets but only got 9 and all my sauces were forgotten.

So I’ve had ongoing problems with this McDonald’s for about a month now. I know , I know “if you don’t like it, don’t go”, or the classic “it’s your fault, you went there even tough you know how it is”!! Yea, glutton for punishment!! About 3 weeks ago, my fiance and I agreed McDonald’s for dinner!! I am lactose intolerant so I wanted a quarter pounder with NO cheese, no Ketchup(hate it, ever since I was a child). Not only was there cheese AND ketchup, the meet was pink almost red! Of course my fiance didn’t eat it, I lost $20 that night on this food!! So in short, not only did they not cook the food correctly, but received an incorrect order! This is twice now it’s happened inside 3 weeks, but can nobody there read or follow order directions?
How hard is it for a coffee with 7 sugars and no creamer be?? But yet I get creamer! Tonight at 7:56 PM, I was in the drive through and was ready, and I was gonna order 2 LG cokes with no ice, And the other lane saw 2 vehicles pull up and order and I never once got a “welcome to McDonald’s”!! What in the hell is goin on ??
