We visited over the weekend and absolutely loved our food!

We ordered turkey burgers for the kids along with orange and apple juice. They enjoyed their meals, especially the sweet potato fries. My husband got a turkey burger as well, which was delicious, paired with garlic fries on the side. I ordered a BBQ chicken wrap and it was fantastic too.

I did want to mention a couple of things: the size of the kids’ plates was way too small. I feel kids need a bigger plate so they can eat comfortably without food falling off the edges. Also, the lighting inside felt a bit dull and dark. It would be nice if it were brighter or if more natural light could come in.

On the positive side, the pricing was reasonable. The kids were given activity sheets that kept them busy while we waited for the food. There was also a kids’ table set up for Thanksgiving coloring with markers, which they really enjoyed.

Overall, we had a lovely time at Red Robin-delicious food and a fun, relaxed time with family.

Food was delicious and the service was excellent. We got the bacon cheeseburger, crispy chicken sandwich, buzz buffalo wings, BBQ wings and the onion ring tower. Also my wife got the spicy mango margarita and it was so good! We will be back to this Red Robin. Definitely can recommend it.

The lady who took my order at the bar was really nice and very efficient. When I got my food honestly for it to be a gourmet burger it was worst than McDonald’s. The bottom and top bun was over saturated with mayo which I did not ask for and it had way to much mustard. The bun was very soggy and unedible. I already left before opening my food but I know to check my food now before leaving if I ever decide to go back. The steak fries were overcooked as of they redropped the fries. It honestly was not the best food or worth the money. It was a bad for a first time customer and definitely the last.

The server we had greeted another table that came in after us, and they were a set of parents and kids, didn’t even greet us within five seconds of us sitting down, but yet keep looking at us and walked away. servers are supposed to greet a table within a certain amount of time and I know that because I’m in service industry. she didn’t take our order until like 10 minutes of us waiting she literally took her order and then left never really checked in again. and when we asked for the check to split it, she never came back. She never communicated with us that she did it on the kiosk for us until I started looking around at her.. don’t even know her name because that’s how bad of a greet she did didn’t even notify us of her name. She was very monotone had no emotion. She sounded annoyed and didn’t even look like she wanted to be there. Maybe if she doesn’t want to be there then she should be fired we went on a Sunday night on March1, we sat in the bar area self serve seating.

and they wonder why teens don’t tip even though we’re not teens we’re literally in our 20s and we all work service industry so yes, we know how to tip. tipping isn’t about age it comes down to service. and the service wasn’t great. It was actually awful. Would never recommend this place to anyone one star forever.

Made the mistake of going with about 2 hours before close. Burger and fries came out really cold. Burger was not cooked well, the nachos came out with too much sauce and the pork was ice cold. I learned my lesson. Server tried her best but when the food comes out like it did, they can only do so much. Obviously they don’t want repeat customers.

Hadn’t had Red Robin in years and it did not disappoint. Ended up getting a burger meal replaced with grilled chicken and it was delicious. Had avocado and bacon on it. My girl got a burger and crushed it. Only issue was she asked for well done and jt was really pink in the middle but they replaced it and got it right. The drinks were good. I had a boozy milkshake with makers mark would suggest a different liq tho because the smokey flavor over powered the shake

Ordered dinner at 6 pm for pick up on NYE to be picked up at 745. Got there at 745 (at the same time someone from Red Robin was JUST calling) to be met by the kitchen manager (who was the one that was calling) who said the order should have never went through and that the kitchen is closed. So 1, I was disappointed that I no longer had dinner plans for NYE but also 2 that it took an hour and 45 mins for someone to let me know I can’t pick up my food? Very unprofessional and disappointed. They said the best they could do is refund me. Didn’t really appreciate how the whole situation was handled.

Edit: after 5 days I still didn’t get a refund. I had to call to ask for the refund and they didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. Positively, I did now get a refund though.

Real time review this has been the slowest service I’ve ever experienced with a semi empty restaurant. I’ve been in the restaurant for more than 45 minutes waiting. The black stone valley location is my go to! This is ridiculous 20 min wait to be seated, 15 mins wait to order. We still haven’t gotten our order yet. I will update if this gets better. I doubt it will. As a customer I have never felt more ignored than I did now. 50 minutes in total for a bacon and blue with onion rings, kids cheese burger, side Caesar salad, and scorpion burger, meal with sauce on the side.
