I ordered half and half tea and even asked if it was half and half. The tea was undrinkable because it had so much sugar. It was sweeter than a polar pop from Circle K! If that’s how much sugar the half and half has then what does the regular tea taste like?

This place is a shit show. I made an online order there app would not let me check in. I went inside and showed then my order and they couldn’t do anything for me. After 5 min of aguring they just gave me a bag that was sitting there. They also mad me show proof that I paid for it by showing them my banking app.

I don’t go very often to McDonald’s. I went to this one recently because I was craving their fries and quarter pounder. I was bummed out though. They didn’t put cheese on my cheeseburger. It was the drive through. I had already driven away and was down the road when I realized it. I drove back and went inside to tell them. The manager acted like he didn’t believe me. When he looked at and checked and saw that it wasn’t he took it back. When I got it back they just put cold cheese on my burger that wasn’t warm anymore. So my burger and fries were cold. I was hoping to enjoy a warm burger and fries but that didn’t happen. It would of been nice if they would of remade the burger and fries so it was all fresh. Maybe I’m being picky but when I don’t go very often it is disappointing when I do it’s cold

I come into this McDonald’s every Wednesday when I come up to Glenwood from Denver every time I come here there is an issue I order online they say they don’t have it I go inside and order staff and especially the manager is disrespectful try to call you a liar when you got proof that you made your order I don’t know if he’s racist or what but the guy I work with and I are getting tired of this McDonald’s hopefully the owner will figure it out.

4/13/19 9:50 – Just came here about 10 minutes ago and took a bite into my hot n spicy to receive a strand of blonde hair in my food I come to this McDonald’s because it is the most convenient instead of driving to rifle but if this is how it’s going to be then so be it. This store has probably just lost 2 customers and I will be putting in a review with a picture of the hair to the health inspector.
