Counter tops sticky and wet, the napkins were empty gave my wife’s name “Valery” they could not spell it! All (3) meals were very cold! The cashier was not very friendly no one greeted us before or after making our order the cashier walked into the kitchen and when she came back she said “U pay”? I said you never told me my total or when to pay! The girl in the dining area had her IPhone plugged in under the high top very unsanitary the floors were sticky and wrappers and napkins on the floor the doors to enter/exit were full of hand prints and the entrance way had not been swept in some time because the amount of leaves give me a bad impression that no one is taking care of the business, the woman’s bathroom was less desirable then the restaurant if it’s possible, I returned to hand the manger the food back and told her I will report this store to corporate.

This place needs to be shut down. So disgusting, filthy, horrible. I didn’t even bother to ask for a refund. I just threw the slop away and I will never again return. And $18 for a freaking combo meal! It definitely wasn’t fresh.

9:33am and the manager says they are out of biscuits so I asked can I get a sausage croissant to replace the 2 for 3 sausage biscuits being that yall dont have any biscuits at 9:33am and she says no we cant do that. Poor management skills make sure you have what you advertise on the menu or be ready to make it right.

Kids got Jr Cheeseburger meals last night (7/21/2025) at around 9:30 pm at the Wendy’s at 361 Johnnie Dodds Blvd, Mt Pleasant SC. One meal was eaten in the vehicle (where it was dark unfortunately), the other in the hotel room. Below was the first bite. Nothing else to say about this location at this point.

Dreadful.
Look at the photos I was able to take. Dirty soda fountain, dirty tables, dirty countertops, dirty floor with trash everywhere, cleaning supplies left scattered around the restaurant.
Food was served to me cold and undercooked. Staff had very poor attitude and poor presentation.
Needs improvement!
Only came to this location by mistake because the EXCELLENT MELVINS BBQ across the street was closed on Sunday.

This Wendy’s is terrible. Super slow drive thru and very rude. They were out of sauces for nuggets. The soft drink machine was out of order. They might as well just close if they can’t offer basic items.

This is the 3rd time we’ve sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes with no service. Second car behind me this time too. I get it sucks to open so early, but if you can’t honor your hours then please change your posted times and say no service before 7am.

Sat in drive-thru at 6pm… for 30 minutes… 4 cars in front of me… finally get up to the squawk box to place my order… sit another 10 minutes before my order is taken.
Get to the window to pay… none of the staff are wearing hairnets, gloves, or aprons.
The staff are moving slow, cracking jokes about the customers in drive-thru; and blatantly ignoring customers for 5+ minutes just to see whose gonna wait and order.
Cashier took my card before I saw the issues, pretty sure I was double charged, and food came out cold.
Store was a mess.
Y’all want to ask for $20 for 2 meals but can’t keep your stores clean or employees in line… no wonder McDonalds is making a come back…

I wish I could give zero stars. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO HERE. This Wendy’s was the dirtiest one I’ve even been in. The food was cold, the were out of almost all drink options and the ceiling was leaking water. They also had no napkins available in the dining room but would give out bathroom paper towels upon request. Lastly, the bathroom was foul. I literally couldn’t use it. Right now I’m just praying me and my family don’t get sick. We should have walked out instead eating there.
